The 42-year-old ITV presenter was heard calling for help after she fell over one of the props in the middle of the show.
Two men in suits were seen running over to try and help her get back up.
Luckily, it all seems to be in jest after the former Big Brother star tripped over an inflatable pink flamingo and could not get up.
Soap queen Sharon Marshall was seen in hysterics and trying not to laugh as Alison was behind her apparently wrestling with the beach toy in a bid to get up.
The hilarious moment happened during a link with This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, leaving everyone in the studio in stitches.
Phillip, 55, was heard telling viewers: “Sharon Marshall’s coming up in a bit but we’ve got a bit a problem here because Alison Hammond has just fallen and got stuck on a pink flamingo.”
“I can’t move!” Alison was heard squealing as the crew could be heard laughing.
“Security! Security!” Alison yelled as Phillip chuckled: “She can’t get up! Somebody help her up for goodness sake!”
He went on to reveal: “The security were supposed to be guarding the money!” But Holly, 36, had a theory as she quipped: “This is a very good decoy. Watch that money.”
