Many viewers are hoping to see the Alexandrians go to war with Negan (played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and the Saviors, but have been warned by showrunner Scott M. Gimple that there will be a few deaths.
So, it’s no surprise that there have been many fan theories about who will be killed off.
But, speaking at the London stop of The Walking Dead Euro Tour last month, Alanna Masterson, who stars as Tara in the zombie series, slammed over-the-top theories regarding the show.
When asked if she read fan theories online, she told press including Express.co.uk: “I don’t because it’s really dumb.
“Like oh my God, there was a T-rex on set and there are going to be dinosaurs, and it’s like ‘yeah right, because that’s happening.’
“Or they’ll see Ross [Marquand] in Florida hanging and they’ll be like he’s dead, for sure he’s dead.”
She went on to add that she doesn’t understand why viewers are so desperate to know what will happen next.
“For me, if I love a certain series or movie, I don’t want to go and be like, ‘what happens at the end?'” Alanna explained.
