After being given the daunting task of designing a luxury hotel suite, Lord Alan Sugar demanded the candidates be “ready in 20 minutes” on the morning of their visit to Stoke Park.
But as fans watched the contestants getting ready in a flurry, they were amazed at the idea that all the men and women could create such an immaculate image in such a short period of time.
Taking to Twitter to express their confusion, viewers commented on the unrealistic process.
“As if they all manage to get ready in 20 minutes I spend over 20 minutes in the shower alone! #TheApprentice,” one person wrote.
Another person said: “Who has time to tong their hair with 20 mins from wake up to walk out the door?! #TheApprentice #staged.”
“I’m sorry but there’s no way they get ready in 20 mins not when you’re curling your hair that slowly babe #TheApprentice,” a third agreed, as another echoed: “#TheApprentice still baffles me how they all get ready in 20 mins!”
Meanwhile, former contestant Karthik Nagesan may have revealed the true explanation of the scenes.
He explained: “So the cars will be there in 20 minutes… they may not leave in 20 minutes.
“They may leave two hours later. I’m not saying anything; just think about it.”
The episode also saw 28-year-old business analyst Jeff Wan fired when he failed to control the financial side of the task properly.
