The 23-year-old was sat on the front row of the show alongside fellow models Sydney Lima and Leomie Anderson.
Once dubbed the world’s most beautiful royal, she wore a bright pink Mary Katrantzou dress costing £1,890.
The off-the-shoulder outfit featured ruffles and fringing along the bust and hem.
It also sported a white floral motif down the side of the gown.
She paired the look with heavy black ankle boots with a pop of neon green by Buffalo, costing £149.
Lady Amelia finished the look with a black shoulder bag and a relaxed hairdo.
The young royal has also been a model, having previously walked for Dolce & Gabbana last year.
She was named contributing editor of Tatler earlier this year and was on the front cover last month with topless rugby player Maro Itoje.
Despite being popular on the fashion scene, she is currently 38th in line to the throne.
Since graduating from Edinburgh University, she has built her career as a model and fashion influencer.
Her Instagram account also shows her glamorous life travelling the world.
Some of her previous travels have included Rome, Ibiza and Lake Como on a trip through Europe.
She celebrated turning 23 in August, with saucy pictures in a swimsuit on her social media account.
Her fashion credentials have seen her sporting some stunning outfits in recent months.
In June, she attended the Bvlgaria party in London in a monochrome outfit.
Lady Amelia’s look included a polka dot skirt and black top, with matching spot print shoes.
She also attended the Dior fashion show at Paris Fashion Week the following month.
The royal wore a bold red dress featuring a contrasting stripe and floral pattern, with her hair swept back in a formal up-do.
Romelu Lukaku will not win the World Cup Golden Boot after being subbed off in the 61st minute of Belgium’s 3rd place playoff versus England. The striker was two goals behind Three Lions captain Harry Kane on four goals.
The Manchester United striker, 25, had begun the day in touching distance of Tottenham striker Kane, who has six at the top of the pile. But with Belgium leading 1-0 through an early Thomas Meunier goal, Lukaku was subbed off just after the hour mark.

The frontman failed to find the net in that time, despite having his moments in front of goal, including being put through by playmaker Kevin de Bruyne, who was perhaps the most influential player on the pitch.
French pair Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe are the only players who have any remote chance of catching Kane now, but the two would need to score a hat-trick in Sunday’s final versus Croatia to match Kane from thier current total of three goals.
The only player to ever achieve that feat was England’s Geoff Hurst versus West Germany in 1966, the year The Three Lions clinched the tournament with a 4-2 final victory.

Tesla has Supercharger stations all over the map, and in 2018, as thousands of new Tesla owners hit the road in newly minted Tesla Model 3 sedans — the company’s first entry-level electric car — those drivers will be looking for convenient places to plug in their cars.
To date, Tesla has 1,191 Supercharger stations, with 9,184 Superchargers across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
But one Supercharger location in California, located at the midpoint between Los Angeles and San Francisco, is, at least for now, the largest of them all.
Situated amid swaths of farmland and a smattering of gas stations, fast-food restaurants, and motels, the Tesla Supercharger station in Kettleman City, California, sits tucked away from the main street that runs underneath the 5 Freeway, on a corner lot that used to be a Burger King drive-thru.
Across the street to the east is a gas station and a Carl’s Jr., to the south an auto-repair shop, and to the west two budget hotels.
Farther south across State Route 41, there’s a recently built strip mall, curiously named Bravo Farms, whose architecture was designed to resemble old Western saloons of generations past.
The Tesla Supercharger station, unlike the Burger King before it, makes use of nearly all the available space. An expanse of covered solar parking shelters the 40 Superchargers on the lot. A private lounge invites Tesla travelers to rest in plush armchairs, plug in their mobile devices, and enjoy soothing music.
There are vending machines, restrooms, and Tesla staff inside the lounge. A separate display section shows off Tesla Energy products: the solar panels and Powerwall battery packs it sells to residential and commercial customers.
On one of the two large flat-screen displays inside the lounge is a real-time world map with the locations of every Supercharger station on the planet. There are three numbers at the bottom of the screen — kilowatt-hours delivered, miles enabled, and gallons of gasoline saved — that tick up as you watch.
This is now Tesla’s domain. Its presence in an otherwise folksy enclave — one of at least six on the route here from Los Angeles — is a clear sign that Tesla is gearing up to own the electric-car future.

According to a report from CBS Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department spent $ 10 million to go green with a fleet of BMW i3 electric cars. CBS‘s David Goldstein’s investigation finds, though, that many of those cars sit unused, while others are used for personal errands.
CBS scoured department records, and found a number of vehicles that are sitting unused, with very low mileage on them. In the video above, Goldstein follows an LAPD commander driving one of the i3 EVs, and confronts her when she leaves a nail salon. “This is part of a million-dollar pilot program,” he says. “You’re really supposed to get a manicure using the BMWs?”
Her reply: “I have no comment at this time.”
BMW won the $ 10.2 million contract to provide the cars in the LAPD’s effort to go green. As part of the contract, the LAPD leases the cars from BMW, taking delivery of one hundred cars every year for three years. They’re supposed to be used for non-emergency, administrative police business.
“It’s all a part of saving the Earth,” said LAPD Deputy Chief Jorge Villegas, “going green … quite frankly, to try and save money for the community and the taxpayers.”
Deputy Chief Villegas told Goldstein he’d look into CBS‘s findings, but that he considers the program a success, and hopes EVs find more use.

Hyperloop One just struck a major deal with Richard Branson’s Virgin Group.
Virgin Group announced Thursday that it has invested in Hyperloop One, a startup that’s working on constructing the high-speed transit system Elon Musk first outlined in a white paper in 2013. The terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but the investment was significant enough that Hyperloop One will now be called Virgin Hyperloop.
“After visiting Hyperloop One’s test site in Nevada and meeting its leadership team this past summer, I am convinced this groundbreaking technology will change transportation as we know it and dramatically cut journey times,” Virgin Group founder Richard Branson said in a press release.
Hyperloop One is headed by Shervin Pishevar, a Silicon Valley venture capitalist best known as an early investor in Uber. The Los Angeles-based startup is conducting feasibility studies in Dubai and Finland for the transit system. US cities like Denver and Nevada have also submitted proposals for the construction of a Hyperloop.
The Hyperloop is a nascent transportation system that works by shooting pods through a vacuumed-sealed tube at speeds that experts say could reach 700 mph.
The company has conducted two successful tests of its Hyperloop system on its 500-meter development track in Nevada.
In August, the Hyperloop traveled almost the entire length of the track and reached a top speed of 192 mph. It reached a top speed of 70 mph after traveling 300 feet a month prior. The company still needs to demonstrate that the system could transport people on tracks long enough to connect cities.

Sinaloa cartel kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was extradited to the US on January 19 and has occupied a cell in a high-security facility in Manhattan ever since, awaiting his trial in April 2018.
As Guzman stews in his cell, largely isolated from the outside world, the cartel he guided to the top of Mexico’s narco hierarchy has seen its power and reach erode, according to Mexican government data.
No Mexican criminal organization has spread as far as the Sinaloa cartel or been as successful at resisting government efforts to bring it down.
At its most powerful, it was thought to have had influence in 24 of Mexico’s 32 states and reportedly had operations in up to 50 countries.
At the time of Guzman’s capture in January 2016 — the third time he was arrested, after his second jailbreak — the cartel was present in 11 states, according to Animal Politico, citing data from the Mexican attorney general’s office.
In the year and a half since, that presence has shrunk to seven states. The cartel has lost territory in Colima, Nayarit, and Jalisco states on the Pacific coast as well as in the state of Yucatan on Mexico’s Caribbean coast.

The Sinaloa cartel functions more like a federation of allied groups rather than a traditionally hierarchical cartel. Those groups often specialize in specific areas of the drug trade, with Guzman and some of his close associates in leadership positions, often refereeing disputes. But since 2015, the Sinaloa cartel has also seen the number of criminal groups partnered with it fall from 10 to seven, according to Animal Politico.
The territory the Sinaloa cartel has lost on the Pacific coast has largely been taken over by the Jalisco New Generation cartel. The CJNG is a relative newcomer among Mexican cartels. It emerged from a split within a faction of the Sinaloa cartel led by the uncle of Guzman’s current wife after he was killed in 2010.
The CJNG has used a mix of brutality, financial cunning, and corruption to speed its rise, turning against the Sinaloa cartel after Guzman’s capture in February 2014.

After its initial expansion east into the state Veracruz (a faction of the cartel called Los Mata Zetas, or the Zetas killers, is thought to have executed 35 members of the Zetas cartel there in 2011), the CJNG has moved north, sparking violence and increased homicide levels in states like Guerrero, Colima, Baja California.
The fight for influence between the CJNG and elements of the Sinaloa cartel has been exacerbated by the battle for succession within Sinaloa.
Since Guzman’s 2016 arrest, several factions have been vying to assume command, including one led by Guzman’s former right-hand man, Damaso Lopez Nuñez, and another helmed by Guzman’s sons, nicknamed Los Chapitos. (Lopez was captured in Mexico City in May.)
Guzman’s mother came under attack last summer in a Beltran Leyva-led assault on Guzman’s hometown in Sinaloa state. His sons have also come under fire. Two of them were kidnapped in Jalisco state in August, reportedly at the behest of the CJNG and Lopez, and they say Lopez led a near fatal ambush on them in Sinaloa in February.

Some of the most intense violence related to this feud has taken place in Sinaloa state, where the CJNG and remnants of the Beltran Leyva Organization, a one-time Sinaloa partner that went to war with Guzman in the 2000s, have joined with factions of the Sinaloa cartel to fight for control of the organization Guzman left behind.
The hours between June 30 and July 1 appear to have been some of the most deadly in the state in years.
Christopher Woody/Mexican government data
At least 30 people were killed in different locations in the state over that period, though some reports put the total around 35.
The violence started on Friday night, when gunmen arrived a community near Mazatlan, in southwest Sinaloa, where they attempted to kidnap a local man, killing two or three people in the process.
Local police were alerted to the incident, and military and federal forces arrived soon in support. The resulting clash on a nearby high left 17 gunmen dead and five police wounded.
Authorities called the confrontation one of the fiercest the state has seen in recent months, and Sinaloa’s state-security secretary attributed the initial incident to a dispute between local traffickers.
Relatives of the 17 killed have alleged the deaths were in fact police executions.
On Saturday, a man and a woman — and by some accounts a child — were reportedly gunned down with assault rifles in a car near Culiacan, the state capital.
That was followed by gunmen entering a private clinic in the city and killing a patient. Other bodies — some with signs of torture — were found throughout the day in Culiacan and the nearby city of Navolato.
According to the state prosecutor, Sinaloa had 182 homicides in June, the second most in a month this year after May’s 184, pushing the state’s total to 907 homicides this year. If that holds through the end of July, when official homicide data is released, it would be a roughly 73% increase over the 524 homicides during the same period last year.
Local authorities have been overwhelmed and are not equipped to deal with the rising violence.
“It’s terror. The word for what is happening in Sinaloa is generalized terror,” Alejandro Sicairos, editor of local magazine Espejo, told AFP in June. “This hasn’t been the usual kind of shootout. They’re coming with everything they’ve got: high-caliber weapons, full arsenals, vehicle-mounted artillery.”

Sonos has a brand new speaker for the first time since 2013. The company has redesigned and refreshed some existing products in its popular lineup of multi-room audio speakers since then, but today marks the introduction of Sonos’ first wholly-new device since the Playbar. Yes, it’s called the Playbase, and yes, it’s another speaker meant to be paired with your television. The $ 699 Playbase, which starts shipping April 4th, has a relatively simple reason for existing: most TVs — Sonos says roughly 70 percent — aren’t wall-mounted. Those people, who just attach their TV to the stand in the box and call it a day, are who the Playbase is for. If your set is mounted, Sonos is still selling the Playbar at the exact same price point. This isn’t so much a successor as it is an alternative.
The Playbase supports TVs up to 75 pounds. If your TV stand sits beneath your set at the center, you can just put it directly on top of the Playbase. If not, for TVs that have legs on each side, the unit’s height (2.28 inches) should allow it to fit between them underneath the display in many cases.

It’s not an attention grabber in the grand scheme of your living room, but if you examine the Playbase up close, the design is pretty impressive. Weighing a little under 20 pounds, the Playbase feels like a solid, seamless piece of polycarbonate. Tap on it with a knuckle and it’s not hollow. There’s no rattling inside. Sonos’ designers have structured the Playbase to withstand the weight of a TV “for years” and it feels that way. Up front is the Sonos logo, flanked by 43,000 individually-drilled holes that increase in size as they progress to the sides of the Playbase. The top surface is completely smooth and flat, featuring the same touch controls as the Play:5 speaker. Around back are three ports: ethernet, optical audio, and a power input.

The Playbase can join your existing wireless Sonos system for multi-room audio, and the company claims it to be “equal parts TV and music speaker.” Inside are 10 drivers: 6 of them midrange, 3 tweeters, and 1 woofer to cover the low end. Each is custom designed to maximize performance and deliver better audio playback than you’d expect from the speaker’s footprint. Sonos’ designers love talking about the “S port” inside (where air flows through) as just one example of the custom engineering that went into the Playbase.
You can pair the Playbase with Sonos’ Sub subwoofer for another $ 700, add two Play:1 speakers ($ 200 each) for a proper 5.1 surround setup, or do both of those things for the best possible sound output. That quickly gets expensive, however, and at a recent press gathering at the company’s Boston offices, Sonos was happy to demonstrate how good the Playbase performs on its own merits without the added components.
And it did sound nice to my ears. Producer Giles Martin, who holds the position of “Sound Experience Leader” at Sonos, said he conferred with movie composers and music studio engineers alike to find the right balance for the Playbase. If you’re willing to spend a decent amount of money for something that sounds very good, this — like the Playbar before it — will certainly rise to the top of that recommendations pile.

But home theater enthusiasts might be disappointed with some of the technical details. For one, the Playbase doesn’t support DTS multichannel audio. Neither does the Playbar. Here’s what a company spokesperson had to say about that decision (emphasis ours):
For home entertainment, DTS content is only found on physical media such as DVD, Blu-ray and Laserdisc – no video streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu support DTS. Sonos is focused on modern listeners who predominantly stream and because most physical discs encode DTS at bitrates substantially similar to Dolby Digital, we have decided to not support DTS on PLAYBASE as we don’t believe it offers a better listening experience for the majority of owners.
So that could be one strike for certain buyers. Second, since optical is your only choice for audio input, there’s no HDMI ARC or CEC functionality to be found. Sonos reasons this by saying it went with the more prevalent, popular connector. “While newer HDMI standards such as HDMI ARC and CEC promise increased control functionality, they are unlikely to be found on TVs that are several years old and are still implemented in a fragmented way across newer TV models,” the Sonos spokesperson said. “We continue to monitor the state of HDMI audio implementations in the market for future roadmap products.” I consider that a slight inconvenience more than anything resembling a dealbreaker.
/cdn0.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/8107785/Sonos_Home_07.jpg)
But there’s yet another confounding design choice that Sonos made with the Playbase as the company readies support for Amazon’s Alexa and (hopefully) other voice assistants. It’s about to ship a brand new product without microphones built in. Instead, you’ll have to rely on an Echo or other outside gadgets for relaying your commands about what music to play.
That goes against what CEO Patrick Spence told The Verge in an interview earlier this year, when he said that Sonos products should “absolutely” include far-field microphones moving forward. The Playbase has been in the works for several years now — before voice became a major priority for Sonos — so that’s likely the reason it can’t respond to your Alexa queries.
/cdn0.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/8016239/cwelch_170208_1456_0011.0.jpg)
Even so, the Playbase offers an attractive mix of features. No, the speaker-as-TV-stand idea isn’t new, and the $ 699 price will immediately disqualify Sonos’ latest product for some people. But for that money you’re getting a speaker with an elegant, built-to-last design, and one that can easily stream your favorite songs from Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play, and other services when it’s not being used to heighten the immersion of Netflix, Blu-rays, or video games. Other sound systems and soundbars can accomplish the same thing, but Sonos’ brand recognition will immediately put the Playbase in a strong position. It’s the other half of the company’s TV play. If your TV is wall-mounted, the Playbar is what Sonos would suggest. But for everyone else, now there’s this.
I’m still hoping Sonos will try something different soon — like a water-resistant outdoor speaker, or something you can take anywhere. We’ll be giving the Playbase a more thorough listen soon. But if you can’t wait, existing Sonos customers get dibs on pre-orders starting today.
