“At school, it wasn’t really that well known then but at college, there was one lady, in particular, and she talked me through it and gave me so much advice and for me, that was my turning point.” Later, Holly added: “For me, because I’m not very good at spelling, for years I felt so shameful about that. “I hated it, I didn’t like it at all and would find myself in situations where I wouldn’t be writing down in front of people because I wouldn’t want them to see how bad it was. “Now, when you take control of that back and you go, ‘Actually I don’t care,’ for me the most important thing is the communication.” ITV presenter Piers Morgan was on ferocious form this morning as fellow Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid declared he was in “such a weird” mood, but not more so than when he began a huge tirade against how the media portrays obesity in the UK. Arguing against her co-host’s opinions, Susanna, 48, ordered Piers, 53, to stop “fat shaming” people live on air. But as the debate continued, Piers suddenly made a ginormous gaffe which shut it down completely, as all three presenters – including Charlotte Hawkins – descended into giggles. The moment began when Piers asked production to show a selfie he’d taken with Bodyguard star Keeley Hawes at the BAFTA Awards last night. “You see, Paula [a Tweeter who claimed Piers needed to lose weight before talking about obesity], you want to look at yourself before body shaming others,” Piers said. “I actually look like a handsome debonair movie star so thank you. “Secondly, Susanna Reid does fat shame me all the time on air, and quite rightly I need to lose a bit of timber right? “And you just asked to be fat shamed,” Susanna piped in. “And I’m very happy to be fat shamed,” Piers continued. “But she does that to me, and won’t let me say 300LB models are ridiculous.” “No because I don’t think people should fat shame each other!” Susanna fired back. “But you s**t shame me every day!” her fellow presenter cried. Bringing the debate to an instant stop, Susanna was reeling from Piers’ hilarious slip-up. “I do what?” she asked with a grin, and Piers immediately turned red. “Not s**t shame, if you s**t shame you’re into Gary Lineker territory,” he joked. Charlotte was so taken-aback by Piers’ comment she put her faced in her hands in defeat. “You are definitely going to get a P45 at some stag,” Susanna finished. “And it won’t be soon enough!” Viewers also spotted the funny mistake, and took to Twitter to comment. One person noted: “Ooo Mr Morgan said something rude #gmb.” “#GMB @piersmorgan Don’t worry about that slip of the tongue there sir, s**t happens! #s**tshaming,” another teased. A third posted next to a series of laughter emojis: “S**t shamed #gmb.” While a fourth praised: “S**t famed…@piersmorgan brilliant! #gmb.” Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV. Ruth Langsford, 59, presented This Morning alongside her husband Eamonn Holmes, 59, with the pair interviewing Bruno about his new DVD. Looking back at the best moments from Strictly Come Dancing’s Blackpool shows, Bruno revealed filming fro the DVD was the first time he has watched himself back on screen. However, Bruno made a remark about Ruth who failed to make it to Blackpool with her professional partner Anton Du Beke, 52, when she took part on the show last year This led Ruth to jokingly blame Bruno for her exit from the show before she got a chance to dance at Blackpool. Beginning the interview, Eamonn said: “I don’t know anything about Blackpool because Ruth didn’t get there,” with his wife looking on in shock. Bruno then said of Ruth’s exit from Strictly: “Oh I know, don’t blame the judges,” to which the former Strictly star added: “I blame you.” “It’s me, it’s all my fault,” Bruno joked before adding: “You missed a good one…Blackpool is always incredible. Moving on, the Strictly judge then added: “When you watch the performances, you tend to forget how much wonderful stuff has been on over the 15 years.” Eamonn then came back to his wife’s departure, joking: “Everyone’s there except Ruth,” with Ruth adding: “I know I will never live that down.” Speaking about the Blackpool experience, Bruno revealed: “There is an energy in the room to make everyone give the almost astonishing numbers. “It’s not set up as a TV studio, it’s like a huge room. I had someone pushing me around or I would get lost,” he admitted. Bruno also went on to speak about who he thinks will win the Strictly crown next week ahead of this weekend’s semi-final. Referring to remaining celebrities in particular, Bruno admitted: “The biggest surprise for me has been Joe [Sugg] and Stacey [Dooley]. “When we start in August and you do the presentation, I said this is interesting but I don’t know why…I would have never thought they would apply themselves to the show so seriously. “Joe particularly is getting better and better.” Speaking about Stacey’s, 31, quarterfinal performance last weekend, Ruth reminded Bruno he had been brought to tears over the routine. “Stacey on Saturday, I felt I was in theatre and I cried, it was just so touching,” Bruno admitted. Speaking of his exit, Nick revealed the toughest parts of his experience were the things viewers didn’t see in the highlights show. Nick said: “The bits you don’t see much in the programme are actually the things that wear you out. “So you have to go all the way down to the bottom of a very steep hill to get the wood for the fire which you have to do about eight or nine time a day.” This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV Rabbis in New York are shaming Orthodox Jewish women over wearing wigs deemed to be “too long” and therefore “slutty.” Jewish law requires married Orthodox women to wear wigs, called sheitels, to stop them from enticing men who aren’t their husbands. Religious traditionalists are now cracking down on modern lengths of fake hair, which they say flout the spirit of the law. Esther Adina Sash of Flatbush, New York has drawn the ire of social media users for posting pictures on Instagram of her in wigs with long flowing locks. Sash admitted that “the wig is a very charged item,” telling the New York Post that she had received comments like “Go drown yourself in a lake — you’re negatively influencing young girls.” Sash, who has 38,000 followers on Instagram, has been criticized by rabbis. One even challenged her to cut her wig as a good example to others, telling her she would receive an “astronomical” spiritual reward in turn. Traditionally, the sheitel wigs are worn shoulder-length or shorter. The synthetic wigs are seen as more humble than human hair, and can cost from as little as a few hundred dollars to thousands. A New Jersey makeup artist said that she tends to sell her longer-haired wigs to women from outside her neighborhood. She explained how the longer wigs are seen in the community, saying that “if you’re seen in a local pizza shop wearing a long wig, you’ll be talked about. People will go to [school or synagogue] administrations about you and you and your husband will be getting phone calls.” Last fall, wig makers in New Jersey received threatening messages online. “Dear Jewish Women, how badly are you trying to look like a prostitute? How important is it for you to slap G-d in the face?!” one of the fliers read, according to the NY Post. One Brooklyn wig stylist called the incident “a scare tactic.” The pressure appears to be having some effect. Last month, the New Jersey Jewish newspaper The Voice of Lakewood banned ads by wig makers featuring photos of hair. Think your friends would be interested? Share this story!

Renowned broadcaster Sir David Attenborough has met the Queen on many occasions, having produced a number of her Christmas broadcasts in the late 1980s.
But the acclaimed writer was put in his place when he asked the Queen to change her clothes, as the colour did not compliment the room he planned to broadcast in.
“There is no pleasing you people from the media,” the Queen reportedly said to Sir David.
“I am told by one lot that I have to wear something colourful so I can be seen in a crowd; and then you come along and tell me that I have to wear something pale and nondescript.”
However, this didn’t stop Her Royal Highness from working with Sir David again, in fact, the pair have collaborated on the new ITV documentary The Queen’s Green Planet.
Some would assume, Sir David is used to being in the company of the longest serving monarch then, but he has revealed he still gets anxious when it comes to meeting her.
He admitted he approached the garden walk and talk for the ITV documentary with some uneasiness.
“Yes, there was a certain amount of apprehension because all sorts of things could have gone wrong,” Sir David told Radio Times.
“There were problems in that where the palace is, geographically, there are always police sirens and ambulance sirens that make filming difficult.
He added: “But she took it all in her stride.
“It was a privilege of course, a very nice occasion — and she was very gracious.
“She is very unsolemn, very good at putting people at their ease.”
The Queen’s Green Planet is a one-off documentary, which focuses on Her Majesty’s plans to create a global network of forests across all 53 Commonwealth countries.
Sir David says the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy project is a scheme she cares for deeply because of her personal interest in the environment.
“She certainly cares for the Commonwealth,” he said. “And she very clearly cares for the natural world.”
Sir David, who was knighted by the Queen in 1985 and awarded the Order of Merit in 2005, believes the project with ensure the future of forests.
As well as following the Queen on her mission to preserve the natural habitat for generations to come, The Queen’s Green Planet will also see Prince Harry and Prince William do their part for the environment.
The cameras will follow Prince Harry when he plants trees in the Caribbean and Prince William and his family in Canada’s Great Bear Rainforest.
The Queen’s Green Planet airs Monday at 9pm on ITV.
It ended with the racquets of Caroline Wozniacki and Simona Halep doing the same for the women’s WTA Tour.
Reports on day one of the Open linked a growing number of faceless stars on the men’s ATP Tour with the controversial view that men’s and women’s prize money should not be identical.
Those faceless players were shamed by the incredible events that unfolded on Rod Laver Arena on Saturday night as Wozniacki and Halep produced an unforgettable final of drama, thrills and class.
Much more than that, the entire 2018 tournament has been dependent on a series of outrageous, awe-inspiring results across the women’s draw.
One look back at the results across the 14 days of the Open and it is embarrassingly clear this year’s tournament will be remembered for the rollercoaster wars the women’s singles draw produced and the constant disappointments from the men’s singles.
The 2018 Australian Open is the smoking gun which should kill off any push from the men’s game to distance itself from the women’s tour in an attempt to shake more money from the different tours, grand slams and events that make up tennis’ complex officialdom.
This was a case of the women’s game carrying the men’s.
It’s not the first and it won’t be the last.
In truth, the gulf between the standard of intrigue and entertainment between the women’s singles and men’s singles at this year’s Open was staggering.
If you were to form a list of the best and most memorable and significant matches this tournament it would come almost exclusively from the women’s side.
There was Wozniacki’s two-hours and 50-minutes triumph over Halep in the final — a game that decided the No. 1 ranking played amid the incredible drama of their haunting history of grand slam final failure.
There was Halep’s ridiculous semi-final win over Angelique Kerber 9-7 in the third set.
There was Halep’s third round three-hour 44-minute marathon over Lauren Davis — where the American slugger set a freak benchmark with the highest average speed backhand at the Australian Open this year (between the men’s and women’s fields.
Of course the men’s field produced some epic’s too, but we won’t be talking about them in six months.
The same can’t be said of the incredible way the women’s singles draw unfolded this year.
This isn’t some overzealous hot take either.
It could very reasonably be said that the US Open was held together by the incredible rides of Sloane Stephens and Madison Keys. Wimbledon and the French Open in 2017 were also dominated by storylines generated by the women’s singles.
This year’s Aussie Open doesn’t have to be treated like a game-changer in the ongoing, complex and turbulent gender politics of tennis.
But it does have to be remembered the next time the equal pay discussion re-emerges or the five-set argument returns.
And it will be remembered.
Tennis commentators certainly appeared to think so on Saturday night.
At the end of the day, the men’s tour still reportedly has data up its sleeve which shows it is responsible for generating the majority of tennis’ revenue.
If that is the argument used to define the pay-claims of men’s and women’s tennis then it doesn’t stack up.
The 2018 Australian Open has shown that interest in the men’s game won’t always be superior to women’s tennis. It’s fluid.
The 2018 Australian Open has also shown you also don’t have to play five sets to be defined as a warrior — so the out-dated argument trying to link the number of sets played with prize-money doesn’t stack up either.
It’s about the spectacle — which the 2018 Australian Open women’s singles draw has made irrefutably clear.
Even if the incredible performances from the women at the Aussie Open hasn’t had a direct link to revenue generated for the tournament, its sponsors and its TV partners — it has made an unmistakeable boost to the sport’s reputation and prestige.
You don’t have to agree that women deserve equal pay in professional tennis — but you do have to acknowledge the women’s singles draw put on one helluva show at Melbourne Park this year.
Remember that the next time tennis’ gender equality debate rages.

The outspoken presenter, 52, went on another of his infamous tirades against those who have been struck down by the recent snow flurries across the country.
Susanna, 47, branded Piers “the biggest whiner I know” after he went on a rant about everyone who moans about the adverse weather conditions.
“You moan and whine about everything,” swiped the brunette beauty.
However, Piers insisted that he “only whines about people who whine”, but he didn’t see a surprise swipe coming his way.
Weatherman Alex Beresford snapped: “Yesterday, you wanted a car from here to The Mondrian, that’s 200 yards away.”
Susanna added insult to injury, commenting: “Piers said in the meeting, ‘Has anyone got a cab going home and can I get a lift 200 years to my hotel room?'”
After a noticeably long silence, Piers tried to explain himself, adding: “If I may point out, I had surrendered my chauffeur driven seats and valiantly offered to walk the 200 yards to the hotel, where I was residing yesterday and it was pouring with rain.
“Either I risk getting man flu…” he continued, before being interjected by Susanna.
The Good Morning Britain beauty insisted: “A spot of rain! It wasn’t like this in the old days.
“I would call and mummy would come and collect me,” she teased.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV from 6am.
The photo was taken by a man who saw the mother and her baby in Colorado Airport, US.
Molly Lensing was captured sitting in an airport seat on her phone.
Her daughter, then two month old Anastasia, was lying on a blanket on the floor in front of her mum.
The man who took the photo shared it online, where it quickly went viral.
Molly was shamed for her parenting skills, with one post reading: “Albert Einstein said, ‘I fear the day that technology will take on our humanity … the world will be populated by a generation of idiots.’”
But Molly has hit back at the criticism, instead sharing her very different side of the story.
The Illinois mum-of-three said she felt her privacy was violated when the image was shared.
Molly told TODAY: “We had the unfortunate luck of being stuck in the middle of the Delta computer shut-down.
“Anastasia had been held or in her carrier for many hours.”
The pair’s flights were delayed and re-booked so many times that they ended up spending 20 hours in the airport.
Molly said: “My arms were tired. She needed to stretch. And I had to communicate with all the family members wondering where the heck we were.”
The part-time paediatric nurse said she was horrified when the image – taken in 2016 – began to surface months later.
She explained: “I had recently started working on a labor floor, and I was terrified of my co-workers or boss seeing the photo and comments and believing that I should no longer work with infants. Thankfully, this never happened.
Video has captured the moment the tourist was scolded for throwing her glove at the soldier at the Tower of London.
The footage showed the aftermath of the glove toss, with the accessory seen lying on the ground at the guard’s feet.
Although the video doesn’t show the glove being thrown, witnesses claim the tourist threw it to see if she could get the guard to move.
But she drew no such reaction, as the Queen’s Guard stood stock-still and staring straight ahead throughout the video.
The man filming could be heard saying: “There’s a standoff. Who’s going to get the glove first?”
A Beefeater guard approached the woman and the man she was standing with to see what was going on.
After asking whether the pair did throw the glove at the soldier, the Beefeater gave them a stern dressing down.
He said: “Why would you do that? The army is here to protect the crown jewels, they’re not here for the public to make fun of.
“He is a soldier, he serves his country and he deserves to be treated with a little bit of respect. Throwing your gloves at him isn’t going to work, is it really?”
The Beefeater then climbed over the low-set rail and picked up the glove to return it to the woman.
If the scolding wasn’t enough to deter them, the reaction of online viewers has added fuel to the fire.
Uploaded to YouTube, the video has been viewed over 255,000 times and received hundreds of comments.
Many of the viewers agreed with the clip’s caption: “Don’t mess with the Queen’s Guards”.
One user wrote: “Ignorance is a very sad and embarrassing thing.”
Others urged tourists to “show some respect”.
Last month one of the Queen’s Guard yelled at a tourist for coming too close for a picture at Windsor Castle.
Video captured the moment the guardsman shouted “stay away!” when the visitor went to pose with the man in full uniform.
