The royal wedding will take place on May 19 2018, but will Sarah Ferguson, 58, sit with her ex husband Prince Andrew, 58, for the ceremony at St. George’s Chapel?

An insider has revealed exclusively to Express.co.uk whether they will sit next to one another at the royal event.

The speculation comes amid news Sarah and Prince Andrew could remarry following the birth of Kate Middleton’s third royal baby last month.

It means Prince Andrew – now seventh in line to the throne – is not restricted by royal marriage law.

It is known the divorced couple are unusually close considering their situation, and still live together at the Royal Lodge.

But will they put on a united front at the ceremony? Both are invited to the nuptials at St. George’s Chapel, where Meghan Markle, 36, and Prince Harry, 33, will tie the knot.

However, it has emerged that they will not sit together, according to a palace insider.

Instead, the Duchess of York will sit with her daughters. “Sarah is planning to sit beside her daughters,” the source confirmed.

“I believe Sarah will not be beside Prince Andrew but on the other side to him.”

It would seem Meghan and Harry have been spared the question of where to sit Sarah at the evening wedding reception, however.

This is because allegedly Sarah is not invited to the royal wedding evening reception, which is hosted by Prince Charles.

An insider told Mail Online: “Numbers are limited to the evening party, she is not a member of the Royal Family any more and Prince Charles simply doesn’t have time for her.

“He just can’t see why she is still such a big part of his brother’s life.”

It is known Sarah Ferguson was not invited to any of Kate Middleton and Prince William’s 2011 wedding, either.

Earlier today, it emerged Meghan Markle is copying Kate Middleton on the royal wedding day.

It seems Meghan is following in Kate’s footsteps by choosing not to use a makeup artist on her special day.

As royal fans will know, the Duchess of Cambridge did not have her makeup done professionally on her wedding day to Prince William, 35, in 2011.

She did her makeup herself for the wedding, which was a state occasion – after taking lessons from makeup artist Arabella Preston.

However, unlike Kate, Meghan does have some help at hand on the day of her nuptials.

She has chosen to ask a pair of close friends to do her makeup for her.

“She’s got two friends doing it for her from America. They’re not professionals – just close friends of hers,” the insider revealed to Express.co.uk exclusively.

Earlier this month budget carrier Ryanair raised the cost of reserving standard seats from £2 to £4.

If you want extra legroom, you’ll have to fork out an extra £4 as the price of these seats has risen from £11 to £15.

The cost of front row seats – of which there are five – has also increased, now costing £13.01.

The increased prices were revealed by Money Saving Expert last week, however, it is not clear when these changes came into effect.

A Ryanair spokesperson commented: “Like all businesses, our fees can change unlike our fares which keep coming down.

“There have been some recent changes as per our list of fees published on our website… All these fees are optional to our customers and Ryanair continues to offer the lowest fares on flights.

“Ryanair’s family seating policy requires families (with children under 12) to sit together, with one adult taking a reserved seat for just £4, and the children are given free of charge reserved seats.”

However, many customers have not welcomed this news, as the price hike comes amidst passenger fury over the airline’s seating policy.

The Irish-owned airline is currently one of many under investigation by regulatory body, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), for its seating policy, following complaints from frustrated passengers who were not seated together despite empty rows being available.

The watchdog revealed that 35 per cent of people who didn’t pay more to sit together were separated from their group, the most out of any UK airline.

Many angry customers have taken to social media platform, Twitter, to vent their frustrations. One user tweeted: “@Ryanair, My fiancé and I purchased tickets together and checked in together. Despite this we have been allocated seats six rows apart. Despite this… the seats next to me are empty! (sic)”

CAA chief executive, Andrew Haines, commented: “Airline seating practices are clearly causing some confusion for consumers.

“Airlines are within their rights to charge for allocated seats, but if they do so it must be done in a fair, transparent way.

“Our research shows that some consumers are paying to sit together when, in fact, they might not need to. It also suggests that consumers have a better chance of being sat together for free with some airlines than with others.

“The research shows that it is the uncertainty around whether their group will be split up by the airline that is driving consumers to pay for an allocated seat.

The CAA’s initial findings revealed that one in three families are being seated separately, which costs passengers up to £400 million a year in additional fees.

Ryanair denies this alleged claim. A statement released by the airline on their official Twitter page explains their ‘random allocated seating’ policy.

It read: “This is entirely a matter of customer choice. We are not trying to force people to pay for reserved seats. We are very harry to facilitate any customer who wants a free of charge random seat but we are also going to do our best to facilitate customers who are willing to pay for a reserved seat.”

Rolls-Royce, in a bid to keep anticipation for its upcoming Cullinan simmering, has chosen to show the rig’s tailgate seats. It’s an odd feature to highlight from the first-ever Rolls-Royce SUV, but just look at those perches! They deploy on their own from the Cullinan’s cargo area—the Cull’ has yet to debut, hence why it’s darkened out of the photo—and appear to be the perfect place from which to watch income disparity grow.

Shaped vaguely like a pair of ye olde Apple iBook laptops, the seats make up what Rolls-Royce calls the “Cullinan Viewing Suite.” A small table rests between them, and of course fine leather covers their shells. Suggested uses include taking in “the world’s most breathtaking vistas” or, for when owners feel like mingling amongst the normals, “a sports event.” Polo, perhaps?

While the idea of built-in lawn chairs seems novel, other fancy-schmancy SUVs such as the Bentley Bentayga and Land Rover’s top-flight Range Rover already offer the feature. But we suspect none of those can match Rolls-Royce’s ability to make everyone at your destination question their life choices.

In the wake of its ill-fated passenger removal fiasco, United Airlines has announced that chief executive Oscar Munoz will not take up his position as chair of the company board next year.

The CEO of the American airlines was widely expected to assume greater control of the company in 2018. However, in a regulatory filing on Friday, United Airlines said Munoz will keep “future determinations related to the chairman position to the discretion of the Board,” report Reuters.

The filing also mentioned that the airline – which was widely criticized for its mismanagement of the removal of a passenger in Chicago this month – will be revising its executive compensation program. 

The financial packages are generally employed to incentivize executive teams developing business strategies.

United Airlines’ reputation went into a tailspin earlier this month when a screaming passenger was filmed being dragged down the aisle of a plane after he had refused to voluntarily vacate a seat on an overbooked flight.

The incident saw Munoz first defend the actions of Chicago Aviation Security Officers in a letter to staff. The PR crisis at the airline continued though, with stock even taking an $ 800 million hit in one day.

Munoz then issued a fuller apology, promising to “take full responsibility” and “work to make it right.”

“The truly horrific event that occurred on this flight has elicited many responses from all of us; outrage, anger, disappointment. I share all of those sentiments, and one above all: my deepest apologies for what happened,” Munoz’s public apology read.

“Like you, I continue to be disturbed by what happened on this flight and I deeply apologize to the customer forcibly removed and to all the customers aboard. No one should ever be mistreated this way.”

Despite the incident and poor management in the aftermath, Munoz told ABC that he would continue in his role as CEO. “I was hired to make United better and we’ve been doing that and that’s what I’ll continue to do,” he said.
