Leeds made only £7million in television income in 2017 when they pull in more viewers than many Premier League clubs who receive a minimum £100m-a-year and media mogul Radrizzani insists is demanding change.

And 10 years after the rebellion that almost brought down Premier League overlord Richard Scudamore, the Elland Road chief is preparing fresh mutiny.

He said: “We should concede that a club like Leeds United is watched by 500,000 to 600,000 people live on Sky, but getting only £2.5 million (of their TV deal with clubs).

“We are actually penalised because we are on TV more than 20 times, so maybe we should reconsider the system because it doesn’t work.

“We are creating a show that is high interest for everyone, yet we lose money.

“I think other chairmen would love to open a discussion because the time is getting ready to consider what to do to move forward.”

Asked if he had already held meetings with other club owners to plot a course for revolt, Radrizzani – owner of emerging TV rights contenders Eleven Sports – warned: “No, it’s just my belief, you should ask other clubs.

“But I’m sharing these (ideas) with other chairmen, and they agree.

“The Championship model should be reconsidered because it is not sustainable – there are huge gaps between the clubs coming down with parachute payments and other teams on lower budgets.

“Maybe they need to consider another way to create value, Premier League 2 or something, that is sustainable even for the clubs who are not promoted.”

Radrizzani, speaking at the Leaders Sport summit at Stamford Bridge, claimed Leeds United had doubled in market value since he paid £45 million to buy the club from excitable predecessor Massimo Cellino 17 months ago.

And he acclaimed the impact of new manager Marcelo Bielsa, whose charisma has given fans a standard-bearer to rally round the White Rose standard.

He said: “I think we have progressed in terms of everything – management,

facilities and the sporting side is doing better – so the big impression is that the club is catching up to be a modern club.

“Soon, if not this season then maybe next year, we will be ready to go in the right direction for promotion.

“After last year, I really wanted to have a manager to give us strong leadership, to be a catalyst for the whole club and the players.

“I thought we needed to change the culture of the entire club and very quickly he has achieved this objective, so I am very happy with that.”

Bielsa has presided over just one defeat in 12 League games, leaving Leeds just two points off the Championship peak.

Vans could soon be banned from city centres under new plans to drastically improve emissions.

The Department for Transport is aiming to replace vans in city centres with micro electric vehicles such as cargo bikes, minor vehicles, and electric vans.

Last-mile deliveries could be used by these low to zero-emissions vehicles which could help achieve emissions targets and congestion in cities.

Estimates suggest there are 300,000 HGVs and over 4,000,000 vans on the roads in Britain, which contributes to air pollution on the roads.

The ground-breaking developments are referenced in the government’s Last Mile and Future of mobility call for evidence documents, which have been published today.

The Government also confirmed the £12.1 million of funding for 6 projects working on simulation and modelling to aid the development of Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.

Transport Minister Jesse Norman said: “The UK has a long and proud history of leading the world in transport innovation and our Future of Mobility Grand Challenge is designed to ensure this continues.

“We are on the cusp of an exciting and profound change in how people, goods, and services move around the country which is set to be driven by extraordinary innovation.

“This could bring significant benefits to people right across the country and presents enormous economic opportunities for the UK, with autonomous vehicles sales set to be worth up to £52 billion by 2035.

“Our Last Mile call for evidence and Future of Mobility call for evidence mark just one stage in our push to make the most of these inviting opportunities.”

Currently, the Government offers up to 20 per cent of £8,000 for e-vans in the UK.

This new plan follows the announcement of the Road to Zero strategy which aims to see the UK ban the sale of new petrol and cars by 2040.

Radical Heights is the brand new battle royale game from the makers of Lawbreakers.

Boss Key is aiming to cash in on the Fortnite and PUBG battle royale craze with an 80s-inspired shooter of its own.

Radical Heights enters “x-treme early access” at 6pm UK time later today.

The free-to-play shooter will be available to download on Steam, alongside a paid Founder’s Pack featuring cosmetic items and Gems.

“Partake in high-stakes battle royale gunplay in a sunny SoCal dome as contestants drive-by on BMX bikes or stalk other contestants from the shadows in search for weapons and prizes… but also CASH that you can bank – win or lose!” reads a Boss Key post.

“Whether you spend that cash on righteous customisation in your personal prize room or pull it from an ATM to purchase weapons early in the next game – building a wealth of cash is as important as taking down the competition in this irreverent 80s-themed action game show where everyone wants to be rich and famous!”

As with rival Battle Royale shooters, 100 players will battle it out to become the last person standing in solo mode or as a duo.

While the game will initially only be available on PC, Boss Key hasn’t ruled out a PS4 and Xbox One release.

Asked for information on a potential console release, Boss Key replied: “Radical Heights is on STEAM, PC. Right now, we’re focused at building Radical Heights in X-TREME Early Access with Community and releasing a 1.0 version in 2019.

“Once we leave Early Access, who knows what the future holds!”

The studio also plans to add new features, including female characters and squad play.

One fan even asked if skateboards will be available in the future, to which Boss Key replied: “We like your style.

“The team is continuously working on updates for fun things contestants will be able to experience in the Dome in the future. Noted and be sure to let us know more feedback when you get hands-on!”

Boss Key has also confirmed that controller support will be added as part of a future update.

“No controller support at launch, but the team is working on it for the future.”

Radical Heights is a new take on the Battle Royale genre, being developed by Boss Key Productions.

The new PUBG and Fortnite rival launches on Steam Early Access on April 10, with the game in the very early stages of development.

The style of the game is more like Fortnite than PUBG, which will be staged as an 80’s era game show.

Radical Heights will come with the usual cosmetic support, which can be collected and unlocked in a prize room for purchasing post match.

You can carry a total of 3 Cosmetic Prize Items. The number of cosmetic items you are carrying is denoted above your Weapon and Gear slots by the 3 additional squares on your HUD.

In many ways Radical Heights will follow the usual formula of players flying down onto a map, which slowly constricts over time.

But there is one major change over both Fortnite and PUBG that could make Radical Height a lot different to play.

Boss Key will have an in-game cash system in which the money made in that game will carry over to the next.

Here’s a breakdown on some of the new features:

Cash and Prizes: One thing you’ll notice is that the world of Radical Heights features more than just weapons to be found. You’ll also come across cash and prizes in the world. These equate to $ $ $ you can spend at vending machines (and out of game in the prize room on those rad cosmetics) to nab high-power weapons, armor and more to give you an edge. Pickup with “E”.

In-Game Wallet: Your wallet starts at ZERO and builds up over the course of the match as you find cash and prizes. Use your funds from this wallet at various machines, ATMs, Top Gunz, RH Gear and more!

“Offshore Bank”: The “Offshore Bank” is your total accrued CASH stored in a safe place to use in matches (via ATM Machines) or in your own personal prize room to buy rad cosmetics.

ATM Machines: Having issues finding CASH in the world? These nifty machines scattered throughout Radical Heights allow you to withdraw the CASH you’ve found from your “Offshore Bank” to your in-game wallet. Now that you have some cash, go buy a weapon.

So while every player starts with $ 0 on their person, they will be able to go to an ATM to withdraw money they have stashed.

However, Boss Key have also confirmed that pulling cash from ATMs will take time and effort, meaning that it could put you at risk and provide some kind of balance to the exchange.

“Your in-game CASH wallet always starts at $ 0 when you enter the match (for every player) and if you want to pull out some in-game cash from your “Offshore Bank,” you need to go to an ATM or find cash in the world before you can spend it.

“Taking out cash takes time and effort, leaving you vulnerable while you do so. Simply put: this leaves you very vulnerable…you can get shot in the back!

“If you’re the frugal type, you can also use the ATM to deposit money you have earned from looting.

“If you die during the match, you will lose a percentage of the cash you have stashed in your wallet.

“BUT if you win, you double the dough you have on hand. For instance, if you have $ 600 in your wallet and you win the match, you will earn $ 1200. So in a way, the money you withdraw from your Offshore Account can also be used to bet on yourself. Feeling lucky?”

More is likely to be confirmed based on how much these mechanics affect gameplay when Radical Heights launches on April 10.

Now that the sixth-generation Chevy Camaro is entering its third year on sale, Chevy felt it was time to give it an update. Like most midcycle refreshes, there aren’t many major mechanical changes, though there is the addition of a new model. Unlike most midcycle refreshes, the exterior has been given a pretty drastic overhaul.

As with the current model, the four-cylinder and V6 models have a different look than the SS V8 model. But instead of the changes being mostly in the lower grille, the entire front is different. The V8 is the most drastically updated, featuring a massive black grille spanning the whole front. It looks extremely similar to the recent look of Bumblebee from the latest “Transformers” films. The grille features the “Flowtie” square in the middle for additional airflow, and the hood also gets a functional air extractor. The four- and six-cylinder models have more conservative updates, keeping the upper and lower grilles separate, and keeping the badge in the middle of the top one. They are much more sculpted now, and the headlights flow into the the grille on all versions. The tail is less drastic with reshaped taillights and a tweaked rear bumper.

The next big addition to the Camaro lineup comes in the form of another 1LE variant. This time, the turbocharged four-cylinder gets the treatment. It features effectively the same FE3 suspension found on the V6 1LE and the SS. It also comes with engine, transmission and differential coolers, launch control, a no-lift shift function and electronic sound enhancement that uses recordings of the actual engine. And like all other 1LE models, it has a matte black hood and accents.

The SS also sees some updates outside of its new look. It will now be available with the 10L80 10-speed automatic also found in the Camaro ZL1. It also has available launch control and line-lock, the latter of which means it will be as easy to do a burnout with the Camaro as it is with a Mustang. Top level SS and ZL1 models also now get a rear-view mirror display like that found in Cadillacs. It’s part of a move to help alleviate the blind-spots created by the Camaro’s big C-pillars.

Pricing and availability haven’t been set for the 2019 Camaro yet, but it should go on sale by the end of the year. The new Turbo 1LE will also be available right from the get-go along with the other versions of the Camaro. We expect the Turbo 1LE will also cost less than the current cheapest V6 1LE. Last year we heard a rumor that Chevy may try to drop the price on most Camaros, including the V8, but we’ll have to wait to see if the rumor is true.
