The heated debate began when Piers Morgan asked the Scottish National Party (SNP) leader about her ambitions to rejoin the EU if Scotland voted for independence. The ITV Good Morning Britain host said: “Hypothetically if you won a referendum and Scotland votes outright and becomes its own entity, I think it is going to be a lot more complicated for you to get into the EU than you think. “You would have to join the queue that has a number of other countries that are already going through the process.” But Ms Sturgeon blasted: “There is no queue.” But Piers fired back and said: “There is a queue. There is a queue for other countries.” A laughing Scottish First Minister hit back continued to insisted there is no queue to become a member of the EU. She said: “There is no queue to join the European Union. Jean-Claude Juncker, and I suspect you are not a fan of his, but I think people like him have made clear in the past, not necessarily in relation to Scotland, that there is not a queue to join the European Union. “Scotland has been in the European Union for years and years and years.” So just to clarify, you think that if you are independent you would literally just ring up your mate, Jean-Claude, and literally just join the EU as if it’s as simple as that.” Ms Sturgeon replied: “I don’t think there would be any fundamental barriers stopping Scotland being in the European Union as an independent country. “Why would there be? “The European Union almost is the moment it was established has been in the business of trying to enlarge its territory and not shut out countries that want to be members and have been members for the last four decades.” The SNP leader then claimed an independent Scotland would not be made to join the euro, adding: “No country will be forced into the euro.” The comments come after the First Minister claimed there was a “real chance” for Scotland to stay part of the EU, and said Westminster had “ignored the overwhelming vote in Scotland” to Remain. She put a “stop Brexit” message at the heart of her manifesto, repeated her call for a second Brexit referendum, and called for the revocation of the Article 50 divorce mechanism if a no-deal exit was “the only alternative”. The First Minister also claimed that if Boris Johnson replaced Theresa May as Prime Minister, he could do a deal with Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party in a “nightmare” scenario for Scotland. But in March 2017, the EU said Scotland would not have an automatic right to become a new member if they vote for independence. European Commission spokesman Margaritis Schinas said: “The Barroso doctrine, would that apply? Yes that would apply, obviously.” He added: “The Commission does not comment on issues that pertain to the internal legal and constitutional order of our member states.” Fortnite is down tonight for many players on the PS4 platform, while others are also struggling to log in. Epic Games has confirmed that a partial outage has hit the official server status, while other problems are reported with the PlayStation Network. The official Fortnite server page confirms problems with logging into services tonight, which is currently rated as a “Degraded Performance” issue. It’s unclear what has caused tonight’s outage or how long it might last. Players are seeing error messages popping up, telling them that they are unable to log in. “Login failed – Unable to join the Fortnite login queue. Please try again later.” Other players are finding themselves trapped in queues, trying to play games on all platforms. More is expected to be released by Epic Games in the coming hours if the server problems continue. MFL… Tonight has seen the return of the dreaded Fortnite Waiting in Queue error message. “My game worked on the switch until like 30 min ago, and it just keeps saying “waiting in queue”, and there’s a timer that just keeps restarting,” one user writes. Epic Games has confirmed that problems have affected matchmaking in Battle Royale mode and are now looking into fixing the problem. As many will already know, being left to queue in Fortnite means not being able to connect to live games. This can also extend to players not being able to log in to their accounts and do anything but wait. “We are investigating an issue causing some players to encounter a problem with game services and when attempting to log in,” is the latest update from Epic Games. From what has been posted on the official Epic Games server status site, both login and matchmaking services have been reduced to a degraded performance level. There has been an earlier outage affecting the PlayStation Network, so this might be another factor for PS4 gamers. However, if this problem continues on all platforms, players can expect an update from Epic Games in the near future. For those looking for a fix to help skip the queue, there probably isn’t one for now. This is a problem with the servers and is likely being used to stop further problems being created by a surge in network numbers. Cruise holidays are some of the best ways to see the world without booking additional flights and accommodations. Cruise liners can also be a busier option for holiday, with some ships carrying more than 3,000 passengers. This can result in large queues when boarding and disembarking, as well as when eating during mealtimes. Thankfully, there is a way to at least avoid the breakfast queue on a cruise ship. Many people forget breakfast food is also served outside of the buffet section. The buffet is where most of the queue will be found as passengers attempt to fill up on the options. However, the main dining room is also open for ordering main meals. According to Traveller: “People often forget that the main dining room is open for breakfast and if you don’t fancy queuing at the buffet this is a civilised option.” They also advise room service can be ordered for breakfast, although this can limit the number of refills of tea and coffee unless requested. The buffet offers the lowest quality food compared to meals which are ordered. However, if choosing buffet food, anything which can be left out for a while should be avoided. A queue can also sometimes be a good sign; this can mean fresher food is being brought out or the previous food option was good. For people wanting to save both time and money, taking snacks onboard can help. Buying snacks onboard often costs much more than on land, so it is advised to buy them when off the ship. Queues are part and parcel of a cruise holiday, no matter how much passengers try and avoid them. Some cruises offer early disembarking for travellers needing to get off the ship quickly. This means not taking bags off the ship for the passenger and instead them collecting the suitcase themselves. However, this method of leaving the cruise can often take longer when waiting in the queue and is best to wait until the end and make the most of the ship amenities. This also means not having to lug large suitcases and collecting them when off the ship. Cruise secrets have revealed how to avoid one of the worst things that can happen during a holiday. Many ships can hold as many as 4,000 passengers, meaning huge queues when trying to get on or off a ship at port. Sometimes it can take up to an hour to get off while everyone tries to leave at the same time. Cruise liners offer something called “early disembarking” or “self-debarkation” to be allowed to leave earlier than others. This can mean having luggage delivered to the room and passengers travelling off the ship with it themselves, as opposed to getting their bags after leaving. However, this is often where the biggest queues happen as everyone chooses to get off first. While normal passengers may have to wait up to an hour while bags are released from a ship, this sometimes is not much longer than the “early” queues. Early or Express queues can be good for those needing to try and follow a schedule, something Royal Caribbean say is for those who have “travel plans, work requirements, or other needs”. Other lines such as Princess and Norwegian also offer the earlier debarking. Cruise goers took to forum Cruise.co.uk to give their best advice on avoiding queues. One wrote: “Arrive early or arrive late, the latter being far less likely to have a delay.” Departing last can also mean having more time on the ship while avoiding queues when getting off. Other advice included “avoiding large ships” and choosing “longer cruises” to avoid queues. This is because there are not just fewer people to queue, but also because shorter cruise-goers can often be in a rush following the quick holiday. It is also advised to avoid the casino onboard ships during a cruise. The odds on a ship is often much worse than on land, due to the lack of competition. Las Vegas, for example, has to compete with hundreds of casinos, therefore, can offer lower rates. Blackjack onboard can be “paying 6-to-5 instead of the more usual 3-to-2 [on land],” according to cruise website Cruzely. While this may not seem like much of a difference, this could result in a difference of a $ 10 bet paying “$ 12 on blackjack instead of $ 15 under the typical rules.”. As more drivers decide to fit their cars with dash cams, the number of videos capturing shocking driving, such as this instance, are on the rise. Filmed from a Mercedes’ dash cam, new footage reveals the moment an Audi driver’s apparent impatient driving caused a crash. The clip shows an Audi A7 pulling up to a roundabout heading towards the A457 to Oldbury in the West Midlands. Upon reaching the roundabout, the Audi is in the right-hand lane. A red Ford Focus can be seen using the left-hand lane to pass over the roundabout. As the Audi starts to pull out, it transpires it is in the wrong lane, although it is not clear if this was intentional. The Audi looks to be driving faster than the rest of the traffic and even though it’s driving in the right-hand lane, starts to indicate left at the last minute. As the Ford and Audi pull up alongside each other, the Audi looks to speed up. Almost looking as if to get in front of the Ford, the Audi starts peels off attempting to make the left turn. However, the Audi is not able to get far enough ahead of the Ford. The Ford, surprised by the suddenly turning Audi, is unable to avoid the collision and smashes into the side of the Audi. The Audi then bounces off the Ford, spinning into the left-hand turn. Although it is not certain that the Audi was attempting to queue jump, the Mercedes driver with the dash cam reported that they spotted the Audi speeding up to the roundabout before the accident. According to Birmingham Live, the Mercedes driver said: “People are always trying to queue jump on the approach to this particular roundabout, and it is dangerous. “Virtually every morning, on my way into work, I see at least one car attempting this manoeuvre, even though the lanes are clearly marked otherwise – for this very reason. “I don’t think anyone was seriously harmed, but needless to say this could have been easily avoided.” Richard Browning, Director at Nextbase Dashcams, added: “Incidents which involve multiple vehicles can make it harder for insurers, or even police, to determine blame and it is often the case that liability is split between parties, unnecessarily affecting both premiums. “In this instance, however, the footage proves without doubt that the Audi was to blame, simply through thoughtless driving and thinking that they can save mere seconds on their morning commute, but actually end up costing themselves much more time.” This is not the first time an Audi has been caught driving dangerously on camera. Previous footage showed an Audi dangerously undertake a tipper truck that was driving in the right-hand land. The dangerous move was caught on camera and the Audi driver was later prosecuted. The development team are currently trying to fix several issues affecting Fortnite servers tonight. Players who are seeing Fortnite Waiting in Queue error messages are the lucky ones who have been able to log in. Others are still unable to get past that section of the sign in process, although it appears things are improving. While Login services are still suffering a major outage, it appears some players have managed to start playing Battle Royale again. The Fortnite status site confirms that games services are suffering “Degraded Performance”, while matchmaking is still badly affected. And while matchmaking is degraded as a result of current account service issues, Epic Games have provided this update on tonight’s problems: “Login is currently blocked across all Epic endpoints, including games, websites, and the Epic Games Launcher.” “This is due to a database failure which we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. “In a measure towards resolution, matchmaking will be blocked for a short period. “Thank you for your patience!” This latest outage has been ongoing for some players on PS4, Xbox One and PC for hours. In that time many have been unable to get into a Battle Royale game, with no current ETA from Epic Games on when things may be fixed. Fortnite does suffer from regular outages, although many do not last very long and are sorted in a short space of time. Fans will be hoping that the latest problems do not carry on too long, as many Fortnite players will be eager to try out the new content added to the game today. MFL… Server issues have returned to Fortnite matchmaking services today. Epic Games have confirmed that some of the game’s core services are currently down, with the support team investigating. “We’re experiencing an issue with our matchmaking services,” Epic Games posted to Twitter. “To help relieve some pressure we’ve applied a cooldown in between matches and temporarily disabled the Squad playlist for the High Explosives LTM. “We’ve temporarily disabled matchmaking while we continue to investigate this issue and get a fix applied.” Epic Games haven’t confirmed what is causing the problems today, although we do know that the game has become very popular. It’s also available on a number of platforms, meaning a lot of players could be signing in around this time globally The official Fortnite Server Status page currently rates today’s outage as major, meaning it could be a while before the game is back online. It should be noted that following big outages like this, Epic Games usually looks to apply matchmaking Queues in place. This is to help bring the Fortnite servers back online and avoid any further outages. Today saw a new content added to the game, as well as a new patch being released on PS4. It’s unclear if any of these problem has added to the server issues facing players on the affected platforms. MFL… One of the big new features added to Fortnite this week includes the Vending Machines that can now be found across the island. Fortnite players will be able to trade in spare materials in return for weapons thanks to the new Battle Royale feature. The vending machines will be popping up across the Fortnite Battle Royale map, with each one offering three different things. Rarities, items and different deals will all be chosen at random. That makes for an enticing offer for many players, who can find themselves with a lot of leftover materials. There’s also the debate over whether it’s worth stocking up on supplies for the final run, or whether you should trade them in at the new Vending Machines. As some of the new artwork shows, Fortnite fans can trade in 500 Wood for the chance of getting a missile launcher. Fortnite players have seen problems hit their Battle Royale games tonight. Servers have been reported down, with matchmaking disabled for many. While the problems seemed to be easing off now, it’s likely that Waiting in Queue message will stay in place for a while longer. “We’re experiencing some issues with our matchmaking services. You may experience a login queue,” Epic Games confirms on Twitter. The development team have confirmed that matchmaking has been re-enabled although players will experience a login queue when attempting to access the game. This is likely to last at least an hour, although some players may not running into issues at all. MFL… It follows another big Epic Games announcement today for those fans of the Battle Royale game on mobile. The Fortnite Mobile iOS release has moved a step closer to full completion, following the news that everyone with a compatible device can now download the game. When it first launched, it was an invite-only system, which interested players had to sign up to. Now, Epic Games have confirmed the game is open to all devices that run it. This includes: iPhone SE, 6S, 7, 8, X; iPad Mini 4, Air 2, 2017, Pro. But it should also be noted that Fortnite DOES NOT support: iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus; iPad Air, Mini 2, Mini 3, iPod Touch. While Fortnite Mobile on iOS is now fully available to all players, it still isn’t finished when it comes to development.

Anthony Joshua’s next fight could be against any of the world’s top heavyweights
He has drawn criticism for his list of opponents, with even the epic win over the great Wladimir Klitschko tempered by the fact that the Ukrainian, 41, was nearly old enough to be his opponent’s father.
But Joshua is in no hurry with his career. At 28, he will fight professionally for the 21st time tonight and has told Hearn that he wants another 10 years in the sport. That may change, but the point stands: if you don’t believe in AJ yet, just you wait.
Kubrat Pulev – or replacement Carlos Takam as it became – was his IBF mandatory defence and once this unification fight is out of the way, the WBA will likely take their chance to order a mandatory.
That means Joshua will have to face the No 1 challenger in the WBA rankings, Alexander Povetkin, whom fans will get the chance to see on tonight’s undercard.
GETTY
Alexander Povetkin looks set to be Joshua’s next opponent
Povetkin has fought twice since, beating Andriy Rudenko before overcoming Christian Hammer in a final eliminator for the WBA title.
However, Hearn does have an option that does not involve fighting Povetkin immediately. With an eventual Wilder fight set to bring Joshua to a whole new audience in the US, the British promoter wants to prepare the ground by taking his fighter across the Atlantic for a fight ahead of the unification clash, delaying the WBA mandatory on account of a four-belt showdown with Wilder at the end of the year.
“In America would be the best move, and then we do the Wilder fight. Jarrell Miller, Bryant Jennings – I don’t know.”
Unbeaten Miller has been touted as a potential summer opponent for Joshua before while Jennings, whose only two defeats have come against Klitschko and Luis Ortiz, could provide a stiff test for the Brit.
But Povetkin, in a summer fight at Wembley Stadium, remains the most likely option. There is a potential banana skin to that this evening as he faces the towering David Price but the 34-year-old is very much in last chance saloon and should not pose too much of a problem.
Tony Bellew has already said that even if he beats David Haye on May 5, he has no interest in facing the WBA and IBF champ and while Haye himself is desperate to get in the ring for one last hurrah against AJ, there are plenty more worthy opponents.
And then we have Tyson Fury, the wildcard in the pack. The 6ft 9in 29-year-old conquered the world less than two years ago but has not fought since and is only just coming out of battles with cocaine use and depression.
The self-styled “Gypsy King” has promised a summer return to the ring – but it will not be against Joshua. Assuming Fury wins well, he will get the title fight he so desperately wants at some point. However, he will have to wait at least a year and prove he is everything he once was before Joshua deems him fit to fight him.
