Vitamin B12 becomes pernicious if left to its own devices for too long, so addressing warning signs is of great importance. Failure to do so may result in life-altering complications such as neurological damage and death.

She said before Danny and Oti’s Samba was played: “At number 2, it’s another samba from 2016 Glitterball champion Danny Mac and his partner Oti.”
However, Claudia’s error was soon pointed out by those watching at home, who soon expressed their confusion on social media.
Taking to Twitter, one joked: “Claudia confirming that Danny Mac actually beat Ore in 2016 is my favourite Christmas present this year.”
“How did no one in the production team notice Claudia called Danny and Oti Glitterball champions when introducing their samba? #Strictly,” queried another.

Flesh and Blood was back with the second instalment of the thrilling four-part drama airing on ITV. Over the next two evenings, viewers will come closer to finding out which family member died and who was the cold-blooded killer. However, during tonight’s episode, those watching at home were left confused by some of the comments Mary was making. Is she setting the scene for the murder and framing someone else?
Set on the Sussex coast, the story follows a modern family as it spirals towards a tragedy and possible crime.
In a series of flashbacks and present-day scenes, widowed mother Vivien (played by Francesca Annis) reveals her new love interest, Mark (Stephen Rea) to her children.
But “nosey neighbour” Mary (Imelda Staunton) has raised a few suspicions with her shady behaviour and last night, viewers were convinced she has something to do with the crime.
However, it seems she is not working alone, with some suggesting she and Mark are in cahoots with one another.

After decades of living within metres of the sea, Vivien decided she was going to sell the family home in which her three children grew up in.
Understandably, her offspring were not delighted by the idea, but nevertheless, they each set about moving their belongings out of the property.
When it was Jake’s (Russell Tovey) turn, he popped by Mary’s to ask her if he could keep a few boxes at her house, and during the conversation, the neighbour began planting seeds of doubt.
“Hi, knock knock,” Jake said and Mary replied welcomingly: “Hello!”
“Mary, how are you? Could I leave these with you for a few weeks?” He asked and Mary said: “Of course you can! How are things? With Leyla?”
“Yes… I think we’re getting there. I think, hope. There is quite a few more of those [bags],” Jake added.
“It’s fine, it’s fine. Such a shame though that you mum’s move isn’t it?” The neighbour commented.
“But it’s not done yet Mary, we’ve still got time to turn that ship around,” Jake remarked, but Mary wasn’t convinced: “I don’t know about that, not with her new car if it’s anything to do by! He’s obviously done well for himself hasn’t he?”
Jake said: “It’s a bit too flashy for my liking,” and Mary continued: “Although, I suppose he could have bought it on credit couldn’t he? Well, people do don’t they these days, ‘buy now, pay later’. Whereas we always had to save up for things. Anyway, get your bags, I’ll put the kettle on.”

This wasn’t the only occasion, near the end of the instalment, Natalie (Lydia Leonard) arrived at the house to grab her things and took the opportunity to ask Mary a favour.
“Mary, can I ask you a favour – it’s about mum,” she said and Mary replied: “She’s in Spain with her boyfriend?”
“Only he’s not her boyfriend, he’s her husband now,” Natalie explained which shocked Mary to the core.
“Yes, they got married in Gibraltar. I know, we all feel the same. Do you mind keeping an eye on her? We’re all a bit concerned it’s happened so fast. Call me if anything’s not quite right, thanks Mary,” the youngest child said.
Natalie then walked back to her car, put a box in the boot and buckled up, but before she drove off, Mary emerged at the driver’s window and suspiciously asked: “Natalie, I’m just wondering, what did his [Mark’s] first wife die of?”
Taking to Twitter to discuss the possible theories, one said: “Mary is planting seeds of doubt in the children’s head so it looks like they all planned it together to murder him #FleshAndBlood.”
“#FleshAndBlood love how the neighbour is planting seeds of doubt with each of them, he just happened to be there when she was Ill, nicking the blueys and mentioning getting the car on credit…..is she a goodie or a baddie?” Someone else questioned.
A third surmised: “#FleshAndBlood Mark and Mary in it together? Mary poisoning Vivienne? Was Mary the dead husband’s lover? Mark’s wife Vivienne’s husband’s lover? Mark Vivienne’s husband’s lover? Ohhh so many possibilities …..”
“Nah I’m right Mary and Mark are in this plot together #FleshAndBlood,” another stated.
Flesh and Blood returns tomorrow evening at 9pm on ITV.
Hulu’s answer to the Netflix original has so far proven a huge success, but The Handmaid’s Tale is not without its inconsistencies. Aunt Lydia (played by Ann Dowd) is a consistent and brutal presence in the series, but her backstory has been given a major upheaval.
Viewers have unearthed some potentially glaring character faults that may trouble the production of the upcoming season four.
Before the oppressive government regime known as Gilead took over and Lydia educated the Handmaids she was a religious elementary school teacher known by her original name of Miss Clements.
However Margaret Atwood’s sequel The Testaments revealed a different origin.
In a theory thread on Reddit one user LaraGarciaClay said: “We don’t know how closely the show will follow the book.

In flashback, it reveals that as a teacher Lydia reported the promiscuous mother of one of her students Noelle (Emily Althaus) to the authorities, proving that the Aunt has always been suspicious of sexual liberation.
While Margaret Atwood revealed the novel was written in conjunction with the plot followed by the TV series, it’s not without some major changes.
She also noted Ann Dowd’s performance as Lydia helped inspired the book, but in future seasons it’s unlikelyher role will remain consistent with her presence in the books.
The Testaments leaps forwards 15 years from the original novel, but producer Bruce Miller confirms that the new book’s plot will eventually feature in the Hulu series.
Fans don’t know when this adaptation will happen, or if the show will take on the title The Testaments or remain known as The Handmaid’s Tale to differentiate it from the events of the sequel.
And no release date has been confirmed for season four, but following the pattern of the previous series a summer 2020 premiere is likely.
June (Elisabeth Moss) and her daughter Hannah (Jordana Blake) are currently trapped in Gilead so viewers should expect more grim dystopian drama to come in the upcoming season.
The Handmaid’s Tale is available to stream on Hulu.
Game of Thrones came to a brutal end this year as the final battles for Winterfell and Westeros brought the show’s main characters to their knees.
One of the biggest fights was the one which involved both the living, and the dead – the battle against the Night King (played by Vladimir Furdik).
However, after much tension and worry, the final blow was eventually made by Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) who snuck up on the warlock and stabbed him.
While no one can have any complaints about her actions in that episode, fans on Reddit have been pointing out an apparently annoying fact about the assassin’s actions in previous seasons.
The dedicated fan was not happy that Arya previously killed Petyr Baelish (Aidan Gillen), and then put her weapon away still covered in blood.
Redditor eagle332288 recently posted: “Clean your damn blade!
“There’s one thing recently that got my attention. The last episode of season 7, Arya slashes Baelish’s throat. Blood everywhere naturally. Those arteries to the head have high pressure!
“Still holding her dripping blade, she looks down briefly and puts it nicely back in its sheath with a small sound effect… blood and all.”
As if this wasn’t bad enough, the viewer then went on to point out a similar thing occurred with Grey Worm (Jacob Anderson) back in season seven.

The fan continued: “Also in season seven, Greyworm DOUBLE KILLS those two masters on the hill while Daenerys is burning the fleet.
“Pretty cool. Pretty slick. Just a single move. Mr. Worm takes a step back from his flashy deed, looks down briefly and puts the blade nicely back in its sheath with a small sound effect… blood and all.”
Another fan agreed: “That was something that bothered me a handful of times throughout the show.”
While another suggested: “We do see Arya cleaning and honing Needle so maybe it is a Valyrian steel thing. Doesn’t explain Greyworm though, he doesn’t have Valyrian steel.”
This wasn’t the only blunder of the season, as many people began pointing out a rogue coffee cup during the feast in Winterfell castle.
And originally, Sansa Stark star Sophie Turner blamed Emilia Clarke for the hiccup – but she soon changed her mind.
Speaking on Conan O’Brien recently, she explained: “The coffee cup was where Kit [Harington’s] chair was.
“First I blamed it on Emilia – but I don’t think Emilia would do that.
“Kit is lazy, and I think he would have done that. It was in front of Kit’s chair and then obviously he moved and this picture was taken and it looked like it was in my seat, but I wasn’t there.”
Game of Thrones is available on digital download now.

Following Tommy down the street, internet users will soon begin notice something rather unsettling.

Dressed in khaki cargo shorts, trainers, a black t-shirt and sunglasses, the man stares at the camera.
Motionless, the man is always behind the camera, like a stalker.
The camera moves through crowds in the street, closed for the fair.
Children, parents, even a man on stilts go by, but the figure remains.
This goes on for what feels like miles, however, the pictures were likely set up as a prank.

It’s the first time a former Israeli official gave an insight on how long such large-scale military operations would (and should) take IDF to prepare.
Pardo, who was picked for his role earlier that year, was unsure about the idea even wondered if the Prime Minister had the authority to order the action, the former spy chief said in an interview with Keshet TV’s “Uvda” investigative show, broadcast on Thursday evening. The strikes were intended to target Iran’s nuclear facilities, but such action would likely have resulted in a full-blown war.
“I made inquiries about everything I could do. I checked with previous Mossad chiefs. I checked with legal advisers. I consulted anyone I could consult in order to understand who is authorized to give instructions about the whole issue of starting a war,” Pardo said, as quoted by Israeli media.
“In the end, if I get an order and if I get an instruction from the prime minister, I am supposed to carry it out,” he said. “I need to be certain if, God forbid, something goes wrong, even if the operation fails, that it shouldn’t be a situation that I carried out an illegal action.”
Pardo even contemplated to resign if the situation got too close to the point of no return, but never had to make such choice, as the idea to strike Iranian nuclear facilities was scrapped.
While Tel Aviv’s plans to attack Tehran in early 2010s were rumored for years, they’ve been officially acknowledged only in 2015, by Netanyahu’s former defense minister Ehud Barak. The minister himself supported the idea to conduct strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, but faced opposition of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) chef, who argued Israel did not have needed operational capabilities, as well as from other cabinet ministers.
Revelations from the former Mossad chief on past Israeli military plans came a day after new warlike statements from Netanyahu, who vowed to continue striking Iranian targets in Syria. “We will continue to act against [Iran’s] intention to establish a military presence in Syria opposite us, not just opposite the Golan Heights but anywhere in Syria,” the prime minister said.
While Israel has been repeatedly hitting targets in neighboring Syria over years, using the presence of Iranian or Iran-affiliated troops – such as the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah – as justification. Tel Aviv has significantly bolstered its military activity over the past few months, citing the same alleged build-up of Iranian forces.
Iran and Syria accuse the Israelis of violating international law by continued involvement in Syria and say Tel Aviv simply uses any pretext to attack the country to help the dwindling terrorist forces.

In the past couple of weeks, Coronation Street viewers have become increasingly irritated and have demanded to know how the residents of Weatherfield have failed to notice Eva (played by Catherine Tyldesley) has managed to keep her pregnancy a secret.
Eva, who is carrying Aidan Connor’s (Shayne Ward) unborn baby, has agreed to hand over her child to Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor).
Toyah is unable to have children of her own and her surrogate recently suffered a miscarriage.
As a result, Eva agreed that Toyah could pass off her baby as her own.
Eva is almost at the end of her pregnancy but only her half-sister Leanne (Jane Danson) has noticed her rotund tummy.
Earlier this week, Eva could be seen dressed in an all-black outfit as she stood behind the bar in the Rovers Return.
Her baby bump was clearly visible yet no one seemed to notice and didn’t appear to give her growing tum a second look.
Fans were stunned that Eva’s bump continued to go unnoticed and took to Twitter to comment on the plot hole.
“How has no body noticed Eva’s pregnancy bump?! #corrie,” one viewer commented.
Another added: “Are we really supposed to believe no one has noticed Eva’s huge baby bump?! #Corrie.”
A third continued: “How come nobody has noticed that Eva is pregnant? Her bump is has clear has day! #corrie.”
“Seriously, Eva had the biggest bump ever, how has nobody clocked on she’s pregnant?! #corrie @itvcorrie,” someone else wrote.
A fifth noted: “Week 370 and still no one has noticed Eva has a very large baby bump #Corrie.”
It comes as Eva and Toyah’s baby deal is set to be exposed un upcoming scenes.
In newly-released images from ITV, Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) learns about Eva’s pregnancy.
The barmaid decides to flee Weatherfield and stay in a cottage nearby as she realises she can no longer hide her bump.
Eva is stunned when Toyah reveals Simon knows their secret and she begins to panic the truth could come out.
It is still unknown as to how Simon finds out and whether or not he will expose Eva’s secret.
How will Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) react when he learns what Toyah and Eva have been up to?
Coronation Street airs tonight on ITV at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
