Thanos is invading Earth and the Avengers are divided.

Since the events of Captain America: Civil War, Steve Rogers has seemingly dropped his superhero identity, along with his shield at Iron Man’s feet.

Now a fugitive, Cap reappeared in ‘s Avengers Infinity War trailer with a rugged new beard and without his uniform’s Captain America logo.

Now the film’s directors have spoken out on whether or not Cap is now

Speaking on ESPN Radio, they said: “Our approach to [Steve Rogers] was to deconstruct him, to take him in a different direction. 

“Obviously, you can’t deal with a character called Captain America without dealing with the thematics behind that, so we wanted a relevancy to it and we wanted to put him in a position where he was questioning the chain of command. 

“You’ll see in these Avengers films, he’s on a very specific journey as a character. 

“Some people have suspected that he may be Nomad heading into Avengers 3 and I wouldn’t say that he is exactly Nomad, but he is the spirit of that character.”

Meanwhile Bucky star Sebastian Stan signed it: “I’m with Nomad.”

Avengers: Infinity War will be released in UK cinemas on April 27, while Avengers 4 will be released on April 26, 2019.

One tiny sequence in the new trailer reveals three massive plot points.

It reveals the return of one hero transformed into his darker alter-ego.

It reveals the much-rumoured third one of The Mad Titan’s terrifying daughters after Gamora and Nebula.

It also possibly reveals the first major death of what is promised to be a devastating and fatal end for many of our favourite characters across all the movies so far. 

The scene appears to be in some sort of station or major public building in New York.

An earlier scene shows Vision in human form with Scarlet Witch. Fans will, of course, be used by now to sweet scenes setting up a tragic pay-off.

The main moment comes when Proxima Midnight appears in all her fearsome glory and hurls a glowing multi-pronged spear. But at whom?

Step out of the shadows, please, Nomad.

This seems to be the first time Chris Evans appears in the movie as the outlaw fugitive Steve Rogers will become.

Another scene also hints that it is Tony Stark who sets aside their differences to call on his old ally to rush to teh defence of Vision.

Fans had already guessed that Paul Bettany’s character was in the greatest danger, since he has an Infinity Stone embedded in his forehead.

Unfortunately, not for long.

It would be the most logical outcome and account for Tony Stark’s devastated tears. After all Vision only exists because the Mind Stone fused with the AI JARVIS.

However, Bettany seemed to refer to himself filming Avengers 4. With multiple rumours that the Infinity War sequekl will feature an alternate timeline and time travel, it coul d still mean that Vision dies but is seen again in the past.

All will be revealed in 2019, but fans can see the first part of the saga next spring.

Later stints led us to eat way too much steak in Buenos Aires, ogle genetically superior people on Brazilian beaches, and live in a one-horse mountain town (literally, there was only one horse) in southern Spain.

At any given point, my world was strange, wonderful, and totally undefined in terms of the question, “What’s next?”

Two years ago, on a weekend trip to Orlando, I bought a small, circular, hanging cross-stitch that reads, ’Home Is Wherever I’m With You.’ It’s an old adage (and song lyric), but it’s also a stark truth that without a place to call home, Ayaz is my constant. I hang the cross-stitch in each apartment we slip into.

Sega’s Genesis Nomad was always something of a compromise (it was running 16-bit console games on mid-1990s handheld tech), but the battery life was a particularly sore point: it took six AA batteries just to get 3 hours of play time. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could use modern hardware to play without constant (and sometimes expensive) battery swaps? The Sega Holic (aka Catch22 on NeoGAF) thinks so. He just teased a homebrew Nomad modification that lets the portable system run on USB power. You could play for hours on end with the same external battery you use for your phone, or rely on your laptop’s power to keep playing in between meetings.

This isn’t about to enter mass production, so you’ll have to wait for a walkthrough from The Sega Holic if you’re determined to mod your own Nomad. However, he hints that even more is possible. There’s nothing stopping you from outputting the system’s audio and video over USB-C, so you could create a Nintendo Switch-style dock or breakout box that returns Genesis games to your TV screen. Is this overkill? You bet — but this still shows how a little engineering can improve on a classic handheld, and maybe even give it a second life.

Things get weird on Mass Effect: Andromeda’s dessert world of Eos when you start pushing the Nomad over 160 kilometers per hour. As several players have reported on Reddit, the glitch happens while zooming around the planet’s surface at high speeds.

The DeLorean-like teleportation doesn’t send the Nomad into the past or future, however.

Instead, it shoots the space buggy inexplicably to the Northeast corner of the map. So word of advice, try taking it slow and steady out there.
