Meghan Markle, 37, became the Duchess of Sussex four months ago when she married Prince Harry. One of the most iconic wedding ensembles of all time, Meghan wore a custom-made Claire Waight Keller for Givenchy gown. On her head she wore a 16 and a half foot veil, also designed by Claire and made entirely by hand. In a new documentary, Meghan has now revealed that the veil also had a hidden meaning and that it paid tribute to her first date with her now husband. Talking in the documentary, Queen of the World, Meghan is seen coming face-to-face with her stunning wedding gown for the first time since tying the knot. While she stands in awe at the stunning creation, she also reveals that the veil has a hidden meaning. “Somewhere in here there’s a piece of blue fabric that’s stitched inside — it was my something blue,” Meghan grins while gingerly running her fingers through the veil. “It’s fabric from the dress that I wore on our first date.” Meghan and Harry are reported to have met in London back in 2016, where they were introduced by a mutual friend. In their 2017 engagement interview, the couple spoke about how they were set up, and how their relationship then ensued. Talking about her set up with the Prince, Meghan said: ”I didn’t know much about him, so the only thing that I had asked [our mutual friend] when she said that she wanted to set us up, was, ‘Well is he nice?’ Cause if he wasn’t kind, it just didn’t seem like it would make sense.” When sparks flew, the now married couple started dating. “We met for a drink,” said Meghan, “and then I think very quickly into that we said, ‘Well what are we doing tomorrow? We should meet again.'” We now know that Meghan wore a blue dress for the occasion, being sewn into her wedding veil almost two years later. The Duchess’ stunning veil also has another hidden meaning, being decorated with the 53 flora of the Commonwealth. Claire Waight Keller created a veil ”representing the distinctive flora of each Commonwealth country united in one spectacular floral composition.” In the documentary, which airs Tuesday night, Meghan is seen still marvelling at the craftsmanship behind the garment. Looking at the delicate lace veil she gasped, “53 countries, oh my goodness.” A huge smile then appears on her face, as she runs her fingers over her wedding garment. Admiring the beautiful veil she then joked: “That will keep us busy.” Meghan is seen gingerly touching the costly garment, with the dress and veil combined coming in at around £387,000. Who is Meghan Markle? Quick profile Meghan Markle was born Rachel Meghan Markle, on August 4, 1981 to parents Doria Ragland and father Thomas Markle. Her father was previously married to Roslyn Loveless and Meghan has two elder half sibling – sister Samantha Markle and brother Thomas Markle Junior. Actress Meghan’s first television appearance in the USA was in an episode of the medical drama General Hospital in 2002. She later moved on to roles in CSI, Without a Trace and Castle along with bit parts in Hollywood films including Get Him to the Greek, Remember Me and Horrible Bosses. Meghan was also a “briefcase girl” on Deal or No Deal – but her most famous role was as Rachel Zane in legal drama Suits, which launched in 2011. She was written out in the finale of the seventh series when her character got married, which aired in April 2018 – just before she got married herself. Charity and humanitarian work Meghan Markle’s career in television has gone hand-in-hand with her support for causes close to her heart. She wrote about the stigma around menstrual health in an article for Time magazine and was a Global Ambassador for World Vision Canada – with whom she travelled to Rwanda for the charity’s Clean Water Campaign. And her commitment to gender equality has seen her work with the United Nations – receiving a standing ovation in 2015 for her speech to mark International Women’s Day. Relationships In September 2011, she wed film producer Trevor Engelson, who she began dating in 2004. But the pair divorced two years later in August 2013, citing irreconcilable difference. She was in a relationship with celebrity chef Cory Vitiello for almost two years, before they broke it off in 2016 but the two remain good friends. And in June 2016, she met Prince Harry on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. Their relationship began in October that year and just over one year later, on November 27, 2017, the pair announced their engagement. They married on May 19, 2018 at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Meghan’s heritage Some have claimed Meghan Markle is the first mixed-race member of the Royal Family. Historians are still arguing about Queen Charlotte, the wife of King George III. But Meghan will be the first royal to openly embrace a mixed-race heritage. She has written about the difficulties of being a biracial actress in Hollywood as she claims she is not black enough for some roles and not white enough for others. Meghan Markle, 36, is to be welcomed into the royal family next week upon her marriage to Prince Harry, 33. The royal wedding, taking place on May 19 in Windsor, is expected to be an exciting event for the UK with many heading to the city to watch. While the young couple will be delaying their honeymoon, and will head to Namibia a few months later, the pair haven’t hidden their desire to have a family of their own. Prince Harry has stated in previous interviews that he wants kids of his own, something Meghan also insinuated on a trip to Northern Ireland. She has also hinted at a secret message she will have for her future children. The ex-actress, who is best known for her role as Rachel Zane in TV show Suits, explained how she bought herself a present in celebration of it being picked up for a third season, To celebrate, she bought herself a Cartier Tank Française watch, costing £4,800. She also had a very personal inscription on it, which she explained to Hello! in 2015. Meghan revealed: “When I found out Suits had been picked up for our third season – which, at the time, felt like such a milestone – I totally splurged and bought the two-tone version. “I had it engraved on the back, ‘To M.M. From M.M.’ and I plan to give it to my daughter one day. “That’s what makes pieces special, the connection you have to them.” Meghan has previously spoken out about having children in the future when she joined Prince Harry in Belfast. As they were invited to look at a collection of non-slip baths and hypoallergenic products, Meghan told the owners: “I’m sure we’ll need the whole [lot]”. Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne, Meghan’s previous agent explained how much the new royal wants a family. She revealed in Sky documentary ‘Harry and Meghan: A Love Story’: “She said to me, ‘I would absolutely love to have children, and I can’t wait to be a mother’.” Bookies have slashed odds of the young couple making a baby announce this year. Ladbrokes odds have been slashed to 4/6 for an announcement in 2018, while odds for having started their family at the end of 2019 to 1/5. Could Meghan and Harry have a boy or a girl as their first child? A psychic revealed to Express.co.uk that a royal baby will happen shortly after the wedding and that it will be a girl. Katie Helliwell, a psychic medium and public speaker, told Express.co.uk: “Meghan will fall pregnant quite soon after the wedding and she will have a baby girl.” Royal wedding celebrations like that of Meghan Markle, 36, and Prince Harry, 33, traditionally include an iced fruit cake. Now Express.co.uk can exclusively reveal the royal couple will have a fruit cake like the Queen, 91, and Kate Middleton, 36. This will be in addition to the couple’s more modern wedding cake by Claire Ptak, which was announced earlier this week. “There will be a iced fruit cake as well as the lemon and elderflower,” a palace insider revealed. “The fruit cake will be cut into pieces and into little presentation boxes for all staff involved with the wedding.” But not all of the leftover cake will be given away, said the insider: “The other piece they normally keep for the honeymoon,” he explained of royal wedding protocol. It is unknown whether the couple will spend as much on their fruit cake as Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding cake did when they married in 2011. The royal couple’s eight tier fruit cake, which was covered in icing flowers, was rumoured to cost £56,000. The main version of Meghan and Harry’s wedding cake will be created by pastry chef and owner if Violet Cakes Claire Ptak. The couple’s choice of a lemon elderflower cake decorated with fresh flowers was announced in a tweet by the official Kensington Palace Twitter account. The announcement read: “For their wedding cake Prince Harry and Ms Meghan Markle have chosen pastry chef Claire Ptak, owner of the London-based bakery @violetcakes. “Prince Harry and Ms. Markle have asked Claire to create a lemon elderflower cake that will incorporate the bright flavours of spring. It will be covered with buttercream and decorated with fresh flowers.” Express.co.uk contacted Kensington Palace for comment, who denied the claim of a second cake. A representative said of Meghan and Harry’s wedding: “They will have one cake as per the press release.” Some of Meghan Markle’s family have not received a royal wedding invitation, it was revealed today on Good Morning Britain. Two of Meghan’s relatives have spoken about her upcoming nuptials, and revealed they have not been invited. Tyler Dooley, her nephew, and Tracey Dooley, her sister-in-law, said an invite has yet to reach them, although they are not sure if one will ever be forthcoming. Tracy said: “We’ve not got anything yet, at this point who knows. This all goes back to Meghan, ultimately it’s her day it’s her happiness and we’ve been here from the very beginning her whole life always rooting her on.” Meghan Markle, 36, seems to be having an effect of Kate Middleton’s paparazzi game, if recent image are anything to go by. The once fairly camera-shy Kate Middleton, 35, as injected her public appearances with some Hollywood pizzaz – and it may be all down to Prince Harry’s fiancee. Meghan has wowed with her public appearances, and many stunning images have been captured of the beautiful actress. The LA-native is often captured looking directly into the camera in images. A body language expert explained to Cosmopolitan: “Meghan’s habit of doing what is called camera courting suggests a desire to communicate openly and confidently in the way that her peers would do via social media and blogs.” Judi James added of Kate: “She poses beautifully but there is no regular direct communication from her.” However, Kate appears to have taken heed, and has been captured smiling directly into the camera in recent appearances. Of course, Meghan is a natural in front of the camera, having starred in Suits for years. She has also featured in various magazine editorials over the years, and posted sultry selfies on her Instagram account – although the account has now been deleted. Kate Middleton enjoyed some eye contact with the camera lens today at an early intervention for children and families symposium at Royal Society of Medicine. She did the same at the annual Irish Guards St Patrick’s Day Parade at Cavalry Barracks on March 17, 2018 in Hounslow. Why isn’t Kate Middleton referred to as Duchess Catherine, seeing as she is officially the Duchess of Cambridge? Kate was a non-royal woman before she married Prince William, meaning she did not have any form of title. While she is considered a full blown royal now, Kate once suffered cruel jibes thanks to her non-aristocratic status. Kate Middleton’s engagement ring was known as the “Commoner’s Sapphire” because of Kate’s roots. Experts have revealed that pregnant Kate Middleton should not be doing this before her third baby is due. It seems Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have hired the Spice Girls to perform at their wedding after this Mel B interview. The 42-year-old appeared to admit the band will be attending, but hinted the news was not supposed to be common knowledge. Mel B appeared on US show The Real today when she made the shock confession. The singer was asked: “Do you know anybody that you think is gonna go to this wedding.” Mel B, also known as Scary Spice, said: “Yeah, I’m going… I don’t know if I should’ve said that!” She added: “Well us five Spice Girls… why am I so honest?” She was asked whether the band would be performing, to the which the singer threw her hands in the air and said: “This is where I’m just like… I need to go. I’m going to be fired!” The news might upset any hopeful invitees that have yet to receive an invitation to the wedding. Prince Harry met the Spice Girls in 1997 after one of their concerts. Meghan Markle and Victoria Beckham, 43, who took the role of Posh Spice in the iconic 90s band, are close friends, according to reports. Meghan is said to be meeting with the singer-turned-designer for fashion advice. A friend of Victoria Beckham’s told Vanity Fair: “They get along well and have been in touch recently. “Meghan really likes Victoria’s style and was keen to pick her brains about pulling together a working wardrobe. “She loves Victoria’s elegant but smart dresses, so expect her to wear one very soon.” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were reported to be moving next door to David and Victoria Beckham. The couple have been reported to searching for high end properties in a beautiful part of the British countryside. Kate Middleton, 36, will likely attend Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle, also 36, with her husband Prince William, 35. Meghan and Prince Harry, 36, are marrying at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. The LA-born actress has to follow certain rules before she marries Harry, including being baptised and becoming a UK citizen. But did you know there is one role that Kate Middleton may have to follow at Meghan’s wedding? It is traditional to wear hats at royal weddings, as Kate demonstrated at her sister Pippa Middleton’s wedding would. Not only will Kate have to follow this rule, but so will Camilla Parker Bowles and even the Queen. Why is it traditional to wear a hat to royal wedding? Well, it is actually traditional for women to wear hats to all weddings, but it is a practice which has largely gone out of fashion now. However, as the Royal Family are known to be sticklers for tradition, hats will no doubt be required for Harry’s wedding. The wearing hats to church by all women is traditionally a requirement of the Anglican church. This is due to the writing of St Paul in Corinthians, where he has some pretty strong feelings about women wearing hats. In 1 Corinthians 11:1-34 he said: “I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ is God. “Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonours his head, but every wife who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonours her head, since it is the same as if her head were shaven.” Will Kate definitely wear a hat? It is likely, but perhaps Meghan and Harry will decide to throw the tradition out on their big day. Kate Middleton’s parenting rules for George and Charlotte were revealed recently. While George and Charlotte do have a nanny, Spanish Maria Borrallo, credited for teaching Charlotte Spanish aged only two, William and Kate have revealed numerous insights into their parenting style over the years. Grant Mobley, a gemologist and Director at Pluczenik, one of the world’s leading diamantaires estimates the ring would be worth around £122,500. He said: “From seeing the pictures, I would estimate that the centre diamond is a slightly elongated cushion cut diamond, approximately 3.00 – 4.00 carats. The side diamonds are more than likely oval or round cut diamonds about 0.75 carats each.” Now Grant has revealed the second, hidden love story being the ring that stems from Prince Harry’s youth. The huge stone at the centre of the ring hails from Botswana, and there is an emotional and philanthropical meaning behind this choice. Grant said: “It was made public that the centre diamond for her engagement ring came from Botswana – a country that is very special to the couple. “While it is very difficult to know the origin of diamond pieces, there is a very good chance that many of Fergie’s diamonds also came from Botswana.” Harry may have made this choice due to his love for Botswana, a country he has visited numerous times. He is also a patron of Rhino Conservation Botswana. Prince Harry has described the continent as the place “where I feel more like myself than anywhere else in the world”. Purchasing the stone from an African country may well have been an acknowledgement of this fact. Grant explained: “What most do not know is that Botswana is the second biggest diamond producer by value in the world and it is safe to say that many of the amazing pieces we see have origins from the country. “Diamonds purchased from Botswana generate revenue for their economy – before diamonds were first discovered in Botswana in 1967, it was one of the poorest countries in the world. “Since then, the beautiful country has been positively transformed by the diamond industry into one of Africa’s most robust and prosperous nations. “In fact, Botswana’s economy has been growing at an average annual rate of 8 per cent since independence, making it the third fastest-growing economy in the world over that period – and it now ranks as one of the highest-rated countries on the planet in terms of the economic freedom of its citizens.” You couldn’t write a more fairy tale-esque romance for Prince Harry and Suits‘ Meghan Markle — but Lifetime is sure going to try.

Meghan Markle, 36, and Prince Harry, 36, will get married on 19 May 2018.
The British prince and Hollywood born actress Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s engagement photos were released yesterday.
Their body language showed a ‘sexual sizzle’ according to a body language expert.
A horoscope of Harry and Meghan revealed the pair are well matched, with Harry attracted to Meghan “or numerous reasons to do with her boisterous Leo personality, which is intriguing for a Virgo.”
But what does numerology have to say?
Numerology is the link between numbers and events in the world, and the belief there is a mystical link between the two.
Practitioners of numerology suggest there is a numeric value to letters and words, and these can help us to interpret the future.
The numerology of a date and its significance to a certain person is used converting their name into a numerical value, and then by adding this the to the numerical value of the date of their birth and the date of the event you are looking for insight into.
What does this reveal about Meghan’s wedding day?
The numerical value of Meghan’s wedding day is number three.
According to Elizabeth Joyce, an expert for WisdomMagazine.com, this means Meghan’s big day is all about stability and money.
She said the day is “an excellent choice for boosting your financial security through the luck of this partnership.”
Marrying into the royal family is no small thing, and according to this prediction Meghan and Harry may “both may be overly concerned with what family and friends are thinking of your union, and also that your wedding has to be the biggest and the best.”
According to numerology, the wedding day may well be marred by rain.
However, happily, for the pair a number three wedding is ruled by Jupiter, meaning they may have lots of children and extended family members living with them.
This is spookily accurate considering Prince Harry and Meghan will live in Nottingham Cottage, in the grounds of Kensington Palace, where Prince William and Kate Middleton also live.
They may even move closer to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, with plans to eventually habit to flat next door, currently being refurbished.
Marlene Koenig, a royal expert and author warned fans of Kate Middleton not to expect her to play a prominent role in the upcoming nuptials – for two reasons.
She said: “The Duchess of Cambridge barely knows Meghan.”
Ms Koenig also told Cosmopolitan: “For another, she is the future queen consort when William becomes king after his father, and would unlikely be an attending person to another royal bride.”
Ms Koenig explained that the only title the Duchess could hold is matron of honour.
But the royal expert believes “it’s unlikely for Catherine to do this” as she “was not a matron of honour, even at her sister’s wedding”.
While Meghan’s bridal party is yet to be revealed, other wedding plans are well underway.
It was recently revealed Harry and Meghan will break with tradition and have a wedding cake made from bananas.
A source told The Telegraph the yellow fruit will feature in their wedding cake.
They said: “This will be the first royal wedding cake made from bananas.”
