EastEnders viewers already know Dr Legg (played by Leonard Fenton) will be leaving the soap soon, but are now concerned Stuart (Ricky Champ) has something to do with his exit storyline. The evil villain has manipulated Dot Branning (June Brown) into believing he is a wholesome human being, when he is really causing stress for Dr Legg. Last night’s episode saw Stuart fix Dr Legg’s radio, saying: “There we go, done! Just call me Dr Radio, eh?” Dot then gushed: “You’re so kind. Isn’t he Dr Legg?” as Dr Legg sheepishly agreed: “Very kind.” Stuart then beamed: “Nah, it’s nothing. If you’re going to stay cooped up in here all day, at least you’ll be able to have a little boogie in front of the mirror, eh? Singing into your hairbrush.” Dot noted: “It’s a long time since you were able to do that.” Dot then left as Stuart pretended to continue his chirpy conversation. He said: “But seriously, when you do fancy coming out, bit of proper company…” Stuart quickly turned sour following Dot’s exit and said: “We’re just outside, yeah? Ain’t going nowhere!” Long-time fans of the soap will remember Dr Legg appearing in the very first episode of EastEnders over thirty years ago. He served as Walford’s GP until 1997 when he officially retired. While on the soap, Doctor Legg formed a close bond with Dot who payed him several visits with hypochondriac illnesses. Dot held the doctor in high regard and trusted every piece of his advice. In upcoming scenes, Dr Legg will confide in Dot about Stuart’s unsettling behaviour towards him. Dot decides to confront Stuart and later insists that Stuart packs his bags and leaves. But how will Stuart react when the only person who supported him turns their back? With Stuart’s uncontrollable behaviour seen on the soap before, fans could now witness the villain take things too far when his final supporter disappears. Could this be the end for Dot, or will the menacing character leave quietly? New spoiler photos show Dot and Stuart having a tense confrontation in the kitchen. In the pictures, Dot looks to be fearing for her safety and can be seen grabbing her bag to make a hasty exit in one of the snaps. In the second photograph, Stuart seems to be intimidating the pensioner with a leaning posture and fists that appear to be clenched. EastEnders continues tonight on BBC One at 7.30pm. Mick Carter (played by Danny Dyer) is in prison after Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) awoke from a coma after being shot inside the Albert Square pub and informed detectives that Mick was the one to shoot him. DI Peter Arthurs (Ian Burfield) arrested Mick for the attempted murder of Stuart, with the pub landlord thrown into a cell. Stuart has many friends on the inside and has been causing huge stress for Mick by making sure trouble is caused for him while inside. Over the past few weeks, fans have watched on as Linda (Kellie Bright) became close with Stuart, much to the frustration of viewers. However, Linda has secretly been working on a plot to free Mick by getting Stuart to confess to framing him. December will be a busy month in Walford as upcoming scenes featuring Linda and Stuart become dramatic. In one episode, Linda will try to convince Stuart to come clean while in the Queen Vic. But will the villain realise what Linda is up to and see through her plan? Linda has got to extremes to convince Stuart she is on his side. This has included having Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) arrested, removing her wedding ring and arranging her divorce. It comes after spoiler photos hinted at Mick killing Stuart in a brutal crowbar attack after finally getting out of prison. Spoiler photos reveal Mick with a crowbar swinging above his head at a remote location. Stuart can be seen tied up with his mouth covered and a gash to his face leaving him covered in blood. Could this be the end for Stuart and do these pictures prove Mick will be the character to end it all? Mick was also spotted bundling a beaten up Stuart into the boot of Stuart’s BMW. Bound and gagged, Mick will take him on a cross-country ride at full speed and end up at a disused industrial site. He will then be seen to spin the car to a halt before reversing at speed into a full skip while Stuart is in the boot. Mick almost knocks himself out in the process, before pulling Stuart out of the boot and battering him with a crowbar. Moments later, Mick will realise what he has done and puts his head in his hands wondering what he has just done. These are the last scenes actor Danny will be shooting before taking time off the soap. EastEnders continues tomorrow on BBC One at 8pm. Mick (played by Danny Dyer) is in prison after Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) awoke from a coma after being shot inside the Albert Square pub and informed detectives that Mick was the one to shoot him. These are the last scenes actor Danny will be shooting before taking time off the soap. An EastEnders source told The Sun: “Danny will need to take at least a month and a half away from the soap. “He needs to spend a considerable amount of time in rehearsals and on stage so it only makes sense to give him a break from filming. “He’s a huge part of the show and viewers love him so obviously nobody wants to see him away for too long. “But this is something he’s really passionate about.” It comes after Mick’s wife Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) was questioning her husband’s honesty and stormed round to see Stuart and demanded to hear the truth from his lips, rather than from Mick, or a solicitor. Stuart was keeping to his story that Mick shot him, telling Linda he saw Mick point the gun at him, believing it to all be a joke. Linda revealed she wasn’t sure who to believe, something Stuart was clearly thriving off of. Stuart then told Linda how he has known Mick for Linda, with her husband not being the man she thinks he is. EastEnders continues tomorrow on BBC One at 8pm.

Stuart’s (Ricky Champ) behaviour has become a cause for concern for Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) but the ante will be upped when Tina makes a shock revelation on BBC soap EastEnders.
Tina (Luisa Bradshaw-White) is back in town next week but things quickly start to unravel when a traumatic memory resurfaces.
The programme has given viewers a preview of what to expect in a trailer of upcoming scenes.
Tina is seen telling an unknown figure: ”There was this thing that happened and last night in the club, it came flooding back.”
The footage then cuts to the pair of them seemingly at an eighties themed night in the E20 club as Stuart looks menacingly at troubled Tina.
In another scene, Tina can be heard saying: “He is going to pay.”
A previous trailer which gave audiences a preview of an explosive summer on the Square also hinted at the trouble to come.
In the video, Tina declared Stuart as “evil”.
The soap have also revealed: “Over at The Vic, Tina returns from visiting Zsa Zsa but a dark secret from her past involving Stuart soon comes to light and threatens to tear the family apart.
“As the shocking events unfold, loyalties will be questioned and the Carters go all out to protect their own…”
However, it remains to be seen what actually went on between the pair but it looks as though it was serious.
But the real question is, what will the family do to Stuart?
Mick has already potentially foreshadowed an ominous ending to the storyline in an episode aired a few weeks ago.
When Stuart returned to Mick’s life, the landlord knew he had a dark secret.
It turned out he was in fact a paedophile hunter who went about trying to expose predators.
Mick was left rattled by the admission but felt pressured into joining it – although it didn’t go to plan.
After Mick teamed up with his old friend on a bungled sting, he made an interesting comment the following day.
He told Callum “Halfway” Highway (Tony Clay): “I do love the geezer but I’m telling you, one day I’m going to end up killing him.”
Will Mick follow through on his prediction, and could it be for Tina?
EastEnders continues Monday at 8pm on BBC One.

From Neanderthals to human hunter-gatherers to the mounted horde of Genghis Khan, the Eurasian Steppe has long been a crossroads of humanity. And for the last 5,000 years or so, domesticated horses have shaped how people moved through, lived in, and dominated that vast grassland stretching from Hungary and Romania to Northeastern China. A paleogenomic study adds new evidence to the debate about where people first domesticated horses, and a related study reveals the impact of horsemanship on the peopling of the steppe.
The first evidence we have of domesticated horses comes from a site called Botai in Northern Kazakhstan, where archaeologists have found evidence of milking, corrals, and the use of harnesses. But there’s still debate about whether hunter-gatherers at Botai started domesticating horses—which they’d previously hunted for meat—in order to milk and ride them. It’s possible they learned from herders farther west, such as the people whose graves have been found at Khvalynsk dating from around 7,150 to 5,930 years ago.
To get a better picture, Copenhagen University evolutionary geneticist Eske Willerslev and his colleagues examined the ancestry of 74 people who lived on the Eurasian Steppe from 11,000 years ago up through the Medieval period. Among other things, they wanted to see whether the Botai had interbred with the Yamnaya, the pastoral descendants of the Khvalynsk people. If they had, that would be a clue that the Botai had interacted with the Yamnaya enough to perhaps exchange cultural ideas as well as genes.

It’s a problem that comes up every time an armored truck spills cash on a highway, as one did just last week. People jump out of their cars to chase the fluttering money around, grab it up and disappear. How to deal with such larcenous human behavior? How about transporting the money in a form that’s not worth picking up? How about dimes? How about $ 800,000 worth of dimes?
Yes, this week’s money spill involves 8 million portraits of FDR, bursting forth from a truck that ran into a guardrail on I-15 about 50 miles outside of Las Vegas. The accident happened around 3:30 a.m. Thursday and took until 10:30 to clean up. The dimes were in bags, of course, but some of the bags split open.
Why dimes? The truck was under contract with the U.S. Treasury Department. Strange that dimes were the only coins aboard, but can we then assume Treasury runs separate trucks for pennies, nickels, and quarters? With maybe pickup trucks for JFK 50-cent pieces and Sacagawea dollars?
The driver and a passenger were treated at a hospital for injuries and released. The driver was cited for the accident.
At it wasn’t a big puddle of chocolate or some slime eels.
