Saturday Kitchen Live was hosted by Matt, 44, this morning, and joining him as the celebrity guest was Al, 50.

Following a segment with chef Rick Stein, 71, Matt was keen to stick with the seafood theme and had created an oyster recipe to which Al was going to help him cook. 

However, during the dish’s introduction, Matt stumbled over the pronunciation of an ingredient’s name and found himself being scolded by Al, as well as reducing the other chef guests to hysterical laughter. 

“So, I’m going to do Po-Bo,” Matt explained, before asking Al: “Have you ever hand one of those?”

“Po-Bo? Have you lost your mind,” Al joked. 

“It’s basically deep fried oysters,” Matt continued, before he was interrupted by the other chef guests. 

“Po-Boy! It’s Po-Boy! Come on!” They interjected and then fell about laughing at his error. 

While everyone else seemed to laugh at his expense, Matt tried to hold it together and added: “So what I am going to try and do is take these oysters, deep fry them, basically stuff them in a nice breadcrumb with some dressings and stuff.”

Before he gave up and said: “Shall we just have a chat?” 

“No, no, you make the Po-Bo go on!” Al mocked the host. “Crack on with the Po-Bo, or is it Po-Boy?”

“Anyway, let’s move on from that!” Matt exclaimed in embarrassment. “Thanks for pointing that out.” 

Viewers watching at home, took to Twitter to express their broad views on the dish Matt was creating. 

“#SaturdayKitchen Great show Matt, amazingly cooked oysters, look lovely,” one said. 

Another commented: “#SaturdayKitchen Po…whatever! Never heard of it and it looks like he’s deconstructing vomit!”

“Loving @SaturdayKitchen today. Great entertainment and some super food. Not sure on the Po-Bo though! #SaturdayKitchen,” a third added. 

It comes after last week’s show when Matt shut down guest chef Ken Hom OBE. 

While he explained the method behind creating a marinade for his chicken dish, Ken insisted the meat needed to be marinated for no less than 45minutes – but “preferably overnight”.

The conversation then moved to Ken talking about transportation in China and how a train to Canton used to take three hours, but now only takes 48 minutes. 

And Matt didn’t wait around, as he jumped in to joke: “Almost as long as it takes to marinate your chicken!”

Seann, 32, and the professional dancer took to the dance floor to show off their latest routine last night, as they made a nod to the film The Matrix during the programme’s movie week.

The dance duo delighted the Strictly Come Dancing 2018 judging panel with the performance, scooping a score of 30 out of a maximum of 40.

The pair were told they had “nailed it” on the dance floor – but what does a body language expert think of their dance moves?

Author and body language specialist Judi James addressed their growing friendship, as she shared her thoughts about the comedian and 29-year-old with Express.co.uk.

“It would be natural to assume Katya and Seann’s growing friendship that translates into shared humour and a relaxed attitude together away from the dance floor would automatically result in an explosion of performed sexual chemistry during the Pasa Doble on the dance floor,” she said.

“But the infamous ‘Curse of Strictly’ doesn’t often work in that way.”

Judi went on to explain that dance partners can find it difficult to convey their close bond from real life while performing their routines.

According to the expert, she said this is usually due to the pair having “heightened levels of self-consciousness”.

She detailed: “Couples that invest in building rapport and empathy off the dance floor can often have a hard time replicating that during the competition.

“That’s usually because their genuine closeness and friendship can cause heightened levels of self-consciousness, meaning it’s frequently the pairings that lack that off-stage spark that can find it easier to act out a congruent-looking sexual sizzle in front of cameras and a live audience.”

Analysing the pair’s performance, Judi insisted that the pair, who are both in relationships, were “clearly aiming to portray passion and chemistry” – due to their outfit choices.

However, Judi discussed how despite this, the expert determined the comedian seemed to be very focused on dancing – rather than conveying any kind of sexual chemistry between the two.

Expanding on what she meant, she said: “Seann’s curls were slicked back to reveal an intensely piercing glare and his legs stuffed into some PVC chaps, but his underlying body language signals suggested he was too busy counting steps and getting his arm positions right to be truly awed by Katya’s seductive gyrations.

“Even his ‘sexy face’ vanished as soon as the number was over, when he stormed out of role to burst out laughing sporting a wide-opened mouth and pointing a Katya to suggest they both found the dance fun and a bit of a success.”

Judi also spotted that the comic concentrated on the next aspect of his routine, while the choreographer threw some sexy shapes.

“Katya’s most seductive moves were during her solo spot when she went off like a fire-cracker but Seann was busy fitting his flying harness at that point rather than joining in,” she said.

Summing up her analysis, the body language expert went on to acknowledge their friendship, as she said that they clearly have “something special”.

“The pair clearly have something special in terms of rapport,” she said. “But Sean’s signals of intense concentration during the dance seemed focused on getting the routine right rather than on Katya.”

Earlier today, Judi also told how Stacey Dooley and her dance partner Kevin Clifton had risked an “emotional disaster” with their Minion-themed routine.

As it stands AC/DC co-founder Angus Young is the only member of the original line-up still actively in the band.

And with the death of his brother Malcolm last year, fans have been wondering if this truly is the end for AC/DC.

Nevertheless with Guns N’ Roses’ Axl Rose having stepped in on the vocals during the last tour, the band may still have life left it yet.

Back in February the band’s biographer Murray Engleheart claimed that Axl will continue to tour with AC/DC and release a new album with them.

And now Def Leppard’s Phil Collen has spoken out on the rumours, claiming it would be a bad idea.

Speaking with , the 60-year-old rocker gave his verdict.

Collen said: “No. I’m a huge AC/DC fan, and if the whole band’s left or gone… Malcolm dead, obviously. Brian Johnson got kicked out. Cliff Williams retired and Phil Rudd got arrested. You’ve got one person [left], so it’s not really AC/DC. “Maybe call it ‘A, with Axel Rose.’ It kind of loses its appeal. It becomes karaoke; it becomes something else, and it’s lost its integrity, really.”

Fortus said: “We haven’t started recording anything, when I say that, as far as in the studio doing an album.”

“We’ve been recording a lot of stuff, just ideas, assembling ideas, but not going into a studio and actually tracking a new record.

“It’s sort of too good not to happen at this point, that’s how I feel about it.”

Declassified by President Donald Trump and published by the committee Friday over strong objections by Democrats, the DOJ and the FBI, the memo lays out the origins of the warrant to spy on Trump adviser, Carter Page, in the dossier funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Nunes (R-California) appeared on Fox News’ ‘Special Report’ Friday evening and revealed that he commissioned the report, but that the bulk of the work was done by several committee staffers and Representative Trey Gowdy (R-South Carolina). Gowdy, a former prosecutor, was the one to review the FBI/DOJ applications for a search warrant under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

“They wouldn’t have received a warrant without the dossier,” Nunes told Fox’s Bret Baier. “The dossier was presented as if it was true.”

Authored by British ex-spy Christopher Steele, the dossier was funded by Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm retained by the Clinton campaign in April 2016 via the Democratic National Committee and the law firm Perkins Coie.

Asked if there was anything in the Steele dossier that was confirmed as true, Nunes replied, “Russia is a country and Carter Page is a person.”

Page, a former adviser to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, was the target of FISA surveillance the FBI and DOJ applied for in October 2016. Though the FBI severed ties with Steele by the end of that month due to his leaks to the media, the warrant was extended several times, also on the basis of the dossier, according to the memo.

Democrats, who tried all week to block the release of the memo, quickly accused it of being inaccurate. Representative Eric Swalwell (D-California) said on CNN Friday that “it was disclosed” in the FISA applications that “part of the evidence was from a politically motivated source.”

“No,” Nunes replied. “These guys tell so many lies, it’s hard to keep track of them.”

“These are not honest actors,” Nunes said of his Democratic colleagues, noting that the minority members tried to prevent the committee from obtaining Fusion GPS documents, among other evidence.

However, he voiced no opposition to the committee publishing the memo written by the Democrats with the intent to challenge his conclusions, but said that “it has to go through the same process.”

Earlier on Friday, the White House said it was open to approving the eventual publication of the Democratic memo.

“I personally like Rod Rosenstein,” Nunes told Baier, but he and Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray “have work to do” at the DOJ and the FBI, he added.

Energy drinks should be banned from sale to under-16s, urged campaign group Action on Sugar.

They played a “huge” role in children’s sugar intake, which is linked to obesity, and even some types of cancers, claimed the group’s Chairman.

The claims came after an Action on Sugar report revealed 78 per cent of energy drinks exceeded the maximum daily sugar recommendation for children, aged between seven and 10.

The children’s recommended sugar limit is 24g a day – the equivalent to about six teaspoons of sugar. But, some energy drinks topped 70g in one serving, claimed the campaign group.

“The huge can and bottle sizes [500ml] means youngsters are still consuming far too much unnecessary sugar and caffeine,” said Registered Nutritionist, and Action on Sugar researcher, Kawther Hashem.

“It’s clear that further reductions in both sugar and caffeine are urgently needed, and that they should get rid of large serving sizes – action must be taken now without further delay.”

The group’s Chairman, Graham MacGregor, added: “This study illustrates the huge contribution of energy drinks to sugar intake, which is linked to the development of obesity and various types of cancer, as well as type 2 diabetes and rotting our children’s teeth.

“They are completely inappropriate for children to consume, form no part of a healthy balanced diet, and should be banned for under-16s.”

Energy drink brand Rockstar had three products with “concerning levels” of sugar, Action on Sugar said.

Two of its products had 69g per serving, while its Punched Energy + Guava Tropical Guava Flavour drink had 78g.

Relentless Energy Drink Passion Punch had 70g of sugar per serving, while Lidl’s Freeway Up Colossus Energy Drink had 45.5g, the researchers said.

All of the higher sugar products came in 500ml cans and bottles. The researchers urged government to restrict the size of energy drinks to lower sugar and calorie intake in children.

A Lidl spokesperson said: “We are committed to helping our customers lead healthier lifestyles and are continuing to work with the wider industry to meet the Government’s Childhood Obesity Plan.

“All of our products display clear labelling, to ensure that our customers are able to make informed decisions about the products they purchase.

“We can confirm that the product included in the study is currently undergoing a reformulation to bring the sugar content to under 5g/100ml.

“Additionally, we recommend on the packaging that this product is not suitable for children.”

Express.co.uk approached Rockstar and Relentless for comment on Action on Sugar’s claims.

The average amount of sugar in energy drinks has fallen by 10 per cent over the past two years, to 9.5g per 100ml, the report revealed.

There was also a six per cent fall in calorie content per 100ml, highlighting that some manufacturers have started to reformulate their products, ahead of next year’s Softs Drinks Industry Levy.

The levy – due to come into effect from April 2018 – will apply to manufacturers and importers of soft drinks.
