There is growing speculation that Melania Trump could soon decide to divorce from Donald Trump. However, Good Morning Britain’s Piers Morgan remarked that Melania Trump will not rush into a divorce from Donald Trump. Speaking with ITV’s Lorraine, Piers described Melania as a “tough calculating cookie”.

Piers Morgan explained: “Melania is a tough cookie.

“I’ve known her for a long time since I did the Celebrity Apprentice and I met her quite a few times over that period. 

“She was always very controlled, poised, very beautiful, very elegant, very charming. She has always been very nice.

“I actually think she barely put a foot wrong herself as the First Lady of the US. “

He continued: “People can hate Trump but I think Melania always conducted herself with such poise and grace.

“The idea that they will split up, well I mean, she knew who she was marrying. I don’t think his behaviour is any surprise to her.

“The real question is what does Trump do? I think Melania will hang on for the ride because she probably likes Donald Trump.”

The rumours were rife last Wednesday following footage showing the Trumps touching down in Palm Beach after they departed from the White House for the final time.

Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former close friend of the ex-first lady, claimed the Trumps had “a transactional marriage”.

The couple had separate bedrooms in the White House.

After the election, Omarosa Manigault Newman, who worked in the Trump White House, claimed: “Melania is counting every minute until he is out of office and she can divorce.”

In his conversation with Lorraine, Piers later insisted the US Republican Party must “grow a pair” and move to convict Donald Trump.

Mr Trump has faced significant criticism and attack for his speeches that some have argued has incited violence and an attack on democracy in the form of storming the Capitol Building.

“Some [influencers] have perfect track records of selling things out and that’s why you hire them. To move product,” Hennessy told Business Insider. Her job is to find and manage social media influencers to promote Hearst’s digital brands, including Cosmopolitan, Esquire, and Harper’s Bazaar.

The former housemate appeared on the panel on last night’s spin-off show, Celebrity Big Brother Bit On The Side, alongside Paul Danan and Lady C.

During the programme, host Rylan Clark-Neal showed viewers an exclusive clip of India, 51, and Daniel O’Reilly, 33, discussing the reason why the newsreader is up for eviction.

Talking about all the rows she’s had so far in the house, India questioned what the viewers would like to see her do.

She said: “The people who push the numbers what do they want to see?”

Daniel replied: “Do they want to see more conflict? Some people will think to keep her in and see how bad it gets.”

“Exactly, people have done very well out of that. But I wouldn’t do it as a game play I think it’s too obvious if you do something deliberately,” she responded.

After the short clip aired, Katie, 36, didn’t hold back on her opinions of the show’s first transgender housemate.

She admitted: “With India, I think she was quite vulnerable but now I have seen the clip she’s a bit calculating and her true colours will come out.

“At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what you do, you just can’t beat Big Brother.”

And that wasn’t the only comment Katie made about the contestant as she also left viewers baffled by suggesting India should “learn how to use a jonny”.

Asked by Rylan who she would have nominated, Katie said: “India. I’m just sick to death of her talking about… well India and Jonny are up, she needs to learn how to use a jonny for one.”

Fans were left scratching their heads at the odd remark with many wondering what the mother-of-five meant by it.

Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight on Channel 5 at 9pm.

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions may seem like taking responsibility for the sake of future generations. But the pace of climate change is certainly meaningful within a single lifetime.

One way to think about climate change, as explored in a new study led by Victoria University of Wellington’s Dave Frame, is that temperature patterns eventually move out of the range you’re accustomed to. Weather and climate are naturally variable, but if the climate shifts, unusual conditions can become the new normal. The “unusual” end of the spectrum gets replaced with more extreme conditions than before.

Defining the unknown

In this case, the researchers focus on the ratio of signal to noise—the warming change versus the normal range of variability. Specifically, starting with a bell curve distribution defined by the mean and the standard deviation, the researchers defined changes based on the average annual temperature by a standard deviation.

Breakthrough Starshot is an initiative that hopes to send miniature spaceships on a high-speed jaunt to the Centauri system sometime within the next few decades. Doing that requires the development of a variety of untried technology—and that’s before we get to the issue of sending data back. Still, even if Breakthrough Starshot never gets any hardware beyond the Solar System, it’s clearly getting people to think about what it would take to get a good look at our closest stellar neighbors.

In the latest example, a German researcher named René Heller has teamed with Michael Hippke, a self-proclaimed “gentleman scientist” with 10 peer-reviewed publications. Their goal: to see if we could not just get hardware to the Centauri system, but put it into orbit for long-term observations. The answer’s yes, but the trip will not be short.

Breakthrough Starshot’s design is a tiny micro-spacecraft attached to a solar sail. Solar sails don’t actually need the Sun; they can accelerate by using light from any source. So, Breakthrough Starshot hopes to have an array of lasers give the sail and its spacecraft a boost up to 20 percent of the speed of light. That will get the spacecraft to Proxima Centauri, the closest star. Data will get back while most of the principals involved in the work are still alive.
