Emmerdale newcomer Graham Foster (played by Andrew Scarborough) still remains a mystery to fans of the ITV soap, given that his backstory has yet to be properly unveiled.

Tonight the butler was given even more dastardly instructions from his boss Joseph Tate (Ned Porteous), and he went ahead with them without complaint.

It turned out that he’d installed a secret camera system at Robert Sugden’s (Ryan Hawley) scrap yard, with Joseph unveiling a terrible plot to destroy him.

Jimmy had already revealed that Robert and his boyfriend Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) had decided to spend time together in Leeds for the day, meaning that only the former was left to man the fort.

Yet while Joseph was enjoying stirring the pot in the village, his uncaring attitude had consequences when it came to Jimmy King (Nick Miles) accidentally running over Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy).

Admitting he felt no regret, Graham seemed deeply troubled by this revelation, which was only made worse when the Home Farm owner came to blows with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) over her son Noah’s birthday.

The butler even shared his worry about messing with “a mother who’s just protecting her kid”, which left Joseph horrified by his only friend’s insinuation.

“You think Noah needs protecting from me?” He asked indignantly, while the episode ended with Joseph revealing his terrible plot to rip Robert’s “precious little business straight from underneath his nose”.

As Graham appeared deeply unsettled by the idea, fans came to the prediction that the secretive character had started to regret his actions, and was becoming more and more uncomfortable with his boss’s behaviour in the village.

Taking to Twitter, viewers speculated over exactly what Graham would do to solve the problem.

“When Graham going to go behind Joe’s back then ? Pretty clear he doesn’t agree with what Joe is doing… He’s definitely up to something… #Emmerdale,” one person said.

Another fan guessed: “I’ve sussed out who Graham is @emmerdale.”

“Hoping Graham will turn on Joe and join forces with Robron to take him down #Emmerdale,” a third shared.

While a fourth agreed: “Oh Graham is not happy #Emmerdale,”

One viewer came up with a new theory about Graham and Joe’s connection on the soap.

“Graham Clark killed Rachel, Joe’s mum and I reckon that is who Graham is. Rachel’s mum had an affair with Robert’s dad and Joe Sugden was her step dad,” they declared.

Emmerdale continues tomorrow at 7pm on ITV.

The teenager (played by Harry Visinoni) finally tells the truth about Anna Windass (Debbie Rush).

Friday night’s episode saw Seb change his story, telling the court that he didn’t remember seeing Anna before his fall from the ladder.

His statement betrayed Phelan (Connor McIntyre) who had forced him to lie through blackmail in order to send his nemesis to jail.

Phelan had only just given evidence himself where he portrayed Anna as an unstable villain.

He insisted that Anna was indeed the person who pushed his former employee Seb off a ladder.

Fans will remember that Seb’s fall resulted in serious injuries and an eventual charge of GBH for Anna after Phelan “brainwashed” him while recovering in hospital.

Seb is under no illusion that he is in danger after Phelan threatened to frame him for the murder of Luke Britton (Dean Fagan).

Initially Seb ran away and refused to stand in court, but was tracked down by Anna’s son Gary Windass (Mikey North) who begged him, and kidnapped him, in order to make him appear in court.

As Phelan blamed Anna, Seb finally found the courage to be honest.

When asked if he remembered Anna pushing him off the ladder, Seb eventually confessed: “No, it was him that made me say that.”

Pointing at the real culprit, Seb added: “Pat Phelan. He’s always had it in for Anna.”

Raging at Seb’s betrayal, Phelan stormed out of the courtroom.

On his way out, Gary chirped: “Enjoy your freedom… while it lasts.

“Perverting the course of justice, perjury, take your pick. Now everyone knows how much you’ve lied the police will come knocking next.

“And once they start digging who knows what they’ll find.”

The episode concluded with Phelan hastily packing a bag to make a quick exit and his wife Eileen Phelan (Sue Cleaver) finally discovering the truth about him.

Will Phelan escape, or finally be sent down for his crimes?

How can the man formerly known as Ben Solo ever be redeemed?

He killed his own father in cold blood, after all.

Many fans, however, are convinced that director Rian Johnson is planning a huge series of shocks and reversals in The Last Jedi which could see Kylo Ren back on the path to the Light while Rey is tempted to the Dark Side.

New leaks reveal huge clues that Kylo Ren will betray his master, and defect in this dramatic scene.

WARNING: POTENTIAL SPOILERS

Although The Force Awakens showed Snoke demanding Hux bring him Kylo Ren to complete his training, very little is known of how Kylo actually feels about his master.

He seems far more motivated by his desire to emulate his grandfather. The powerful scene where he tells Darth Vader’s mask “I will finish what you started” implies that he has his own agenda.

New leaks from The Last Jedi set have given information which points towards Kylo Ren faking a huge crash in order to escape Snoke and The First Order.

Star Wars Youtube channel Mike Zeroh cites sources at the Star wars Pinewood sets and other locations around the world. He revealed five new scenes from The Last Jedi.

He said: ”Kylo Ren’s TIE Silencer comes equipped with an ejection seat.

“Why would he need an ejection seat? I believe he uses this as he enters the atmosphere of Acht-To. During production in Ireland back in May 2016 we saw a TIE fighter crash into Ahch-To with multiple black-robed figures kneeling around it.”

How and why would Kylo crash? He is an excellent pilot and has added Force skills. Does he crash on purpose to thrown the First Order off his trail and pursue his own ends free from Snoke’s interference?

The implication is that Kylo fakes his own death because he has his own plans that run contrary to the plans of his master, Snoke.

One popular theory is that Luke has a missing piece from Darth Vader’s lightsaber which Kylo Ren needs.

Most reports seem to point to Snoke sending Kylo Ren and First Order forces to Ahch-To to kill Luke and either kill or capture Rey.

Much as many (though not all) fans are rooting for Kylo Ren rot somehow find his way back to the Light, a crisis of conscience seems unlikely. Kylo Ren is more likely to have unfinished business with his former teacher or be seeking information about his grandfather.

Either way, Snoke is unlikely to be pleased when he discovers the deception…
