Victoria is back and returns to ITV with the third series of the period drama tonight. 

Ahead of the first episode airing, new cast member Laurence Fox, who plays Lord Palmerston on the period drama, has spoken to Express.co.uk and other media about sharing scenes with lead actress Jenna Coleman (Victoria). 

Discussing his character’s funny one-liners and being a disruptor to the monarchy, Laurence began explaining how much of a good time he was having. 

“It’s so much fun to do and be rude. I remember being rude to Jenna on the first day, the first scene and she just didn’t move her face. 

“I was like ‘wow that’s some seriously slow acting you’re doing,’” he joked. 

“Then I realised she was just really horrified by what I was saying, treating her with such disrespect. 

“It’s quite nice being rude and being paid to be rude!” Laurence added. 

Laurence was asked whether Lord Palmerston had any respect for the monarchy due to his constant need to put down Victoria at every given opportunity. 

He replied; “I think he does have respect for the institution, the monarchy. I don’t know, I just work from what Daisy [Goodwin] gave me. 

“I think there’s a little bit of, he expects like ‘I wonder what this woman is going to do, is she going to do well?’ There’s a little bit of that going on.” 

Tonight, viewers will return to the palace and it is 1848; across Europe the revolution is rife.

Discussing the opening storyline, Victoria script writer Daisy Goodwin told Express.co.uk about the scenes expected to air tonight. 

“There’s literally a revolution spreading across Europe – all these kinds being disposed, the beginning of communism and in Britain you’ve got the chartists who are desperate for equal votes and equal suffrage, it’s a proper democratic moment,” she began. 

“Victoria for the first time in her life, has realised that actually her position on the throne is not secure and it’s a really scary moment for her.”

Scenes will show Victoria and Albert (played by Tom Hughes) struggle to pick sides as the French King is ousted once again and needs somewhere to hide. 

As the queen allows him refuge, they are joined by another person seeking safety. 

Victoria’s half-sister Princess Feodora (Kate Fleetwood) appears through the morning mist on a boat and turns up much to the surprise of the Queen. 

Whilst she welcomes her into the household, she is going to cause some underlying trouble between her sister and her brother-in-law. 

Will Victoria see through her sister’s nice act and find out what she really wants? 

Victoria airs tonight at 9pm on ITV.

After writing up Nintendo’s Wednesday reveal of its new Labo playsets (coming April 20 to the US and Japan and April 27 to Europe), I realized I’d forgotten to add an important word to the article’s introduction: “what.”

More specifically, the drawn-out, question-marked version I should have shouted when the product’s reveal video played out. (“Whaaaaat?!”) I’m a big fan of Nintendo’s physical-toy era in the ’60s and ’70s, back when company legend and Game Boy creator Gunpei Yokoi came up with engineering wonders like the Ultra Hand and the Ten-Barrel Puzzle. As a result, I was immediately charmed by the physicality and toy-controller possibilities of the reveal video, which included everything from a motorcycle steering chassis to a 13-key piano to a string-loaded fishing rod—all built by players with a mix of pre-cut, pre-marked cardboard, sensing stickers, plastic, string, and more.

But then I began wondering: exactly how does everything work with Nintendo Labo? In particular, what the heck is going on with Labo’s most insane offering: a full-body robot suit?

The page, which has over 50,000 followers, posts pictures of young women after an apparently heavy night out.

Its popularity has increased recently with the page going viral after getting 30,000 new followers in the past week.

Images range from young women walking back in their underwear after a night out to others passed out on the floor or the street. 

One clip, which has amassed over 250,000 views, shows a young woman attempting to open a door whilst trying to stop the filming.

However, whilst many find it amusing, it has drawn criticism from others accusing the page of being ‘pathetic’.

A holiday rep who is one of the people who promotes the page as good humour, told the Daily Star: “If you’re going to go to Magaluf, expect to be on it.

“It is just a bit of banter and a bit of a joke. 

“None of the girls seem to mind and mostly just have a laugh along with it.

Just last month, two young tourists were videoed walking the streets naked in Magaluf.

This comes in spite of recent attempts trying to crack down on the behaviour of British tourists.

Despite it coming with the risk of huge fines, many British holidaymakers continue to roam the streets with alcohol and fighting.

Those caught could end up paying a whopping €3,000 fine.

This past Saturday, 6,500 fans saw actress Lupita Nyong’o take the stage during Marvel Studios’ panel to promote the upcoming superhero film Black Panther. But it turns out way more people than that saw her in San Diego, but they just didn’t know it: the Oscar-winning star has shared a video that shows how she suited up in a Pink Ranger costume, danced her way through the convention center, and took photos with unsuspecting fans. The Star Wars: The Force Awakens actress came face to face with Game of Thrones busts, crawled around the floor like Spider-Man, got adorably excited about seeing a Maz Kanata figure, danced in front of The Last Jedi display, somersaulted around, nerded out about a Thor: Ragnarok presentation with a gaggle of fans, strutted across the San Diego railway tracks, and even spun around a light post for good measure.

Celebrities going undercover at San Diego Comic-Con is nothing new. It’s a massive convention with tens of thousands of die-hard fans, and as much as those fans would probably just love to chat with the stars of their favorite properties, it’s clearly dangerous to have that many people around with no form of protection. Stars are often driven around in cars with tinted windows and whisked around through a series of hidden tunnels to get into the cavernous Hall H, but if they wear a disguise and blend in, that same swarm of people can be used to their advantage if they want to explore the convention a little more freely.

Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston once wore a Walter White mask around the show floor, Doctor Who‘s Matt Smith donned a Bart Simpson mask to walk the floor incognito, Justin Timberlake dressed up as a Sesame Street character, Hugh Jackman claimed to walk the floor dressed as Wolverine and go unnoticed, and Michael Cera just randomly wore a gorilla mask one year to disguise his identity. But we’ve rarely seen it done with the level of panache, enthusiasm, and zest as what’s showcased in this video. One thing’s for sure: Lupita Nyong’o clearly had more fun at Comic-Con than anyone else this year.

Unfortunately, though, Kyle Edmund narrowly missed out on making this the most successful Roland Garros for British men since 1963 when he was beaten in five sets by South African Kevin Anderson.

Instead, once again, it has been left to Murray to fly the flag for Britain alone, although many questioned whether the world No1 would make it into the second week himself.

Nevertheless, after so many weeks of indifferent results and angry on-court performances, Murray seemed in total control as he finished off a 7-6, 7-5, 6-0 demolition of the No29 seed on Court Philippe Chatrier.

When asked why he kept putting his finger to his lips, Murray said: “I don’t know why I was doing it. Why does it matter? What’s the big deal? I don’t get it!

“If I say something, you guys ask me what I was saying; if I say nothing, you ask me why I don’t say anything. What do you want me to do? What do you want me to say? It’s irrelevant.

“What’s relevant is what happens during the points. I played really well during the points today, and like in the last round I found a way to turn the match around.” 

The match hinged on a first set that was so tight that in the end it took a split decision from two of the officials before it could finally be given to Murray.

The Scot had battled back from a break down to get to the tie-break, during which a back-and-forth battle saw both men squander set points until Del Potro thought he had escaped another one with a fierce shot down the line.

But a late call from the line judge had the umpire down from his chair to check the mark, and only once the two of them had conferred over the clay could Murray claim the spoils.

Murray knocked further stuffing out of Del Potro in the second set before picking him clean with some sublime tennis in the third.

“Obviously from his reaction at the end of the first set, he was pretty disappointed,” Murray said. “He had some opportunities obviously to close it out, and he served a double fault in the tiebreak on one of the set points.

“But I believe in myself, so even when things aren’t going well, I believe I can turn it around.”

That was the one thing Edmund could not quite do with 6ft 8in Anderson. He showed great maturity to win the opening tie-break only to slip up in the second one, even bouncing back to break at the end of the third.

But once Anderson got his nose in front in each of the final two sets, his booming serve proved impenetrable as the world No56 completed a 6-7, 7-6, 5-7, 6-1, 6-4 victory.

Edmund said: “The reality is you’re not going to get masses of opportunities. They’re all very small opportunities, small margins, and a few points here and there. I think that was the reality of it for me today.”

Fearne & Holly Go Dating followed the best friends playing matchmakers as they set up diners in Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen. 

During the late-night programme, each of the presenters would find “one of love’s losers” and pair them off with another singleton while they watched on from the swanky restaurant bar. 

However, the pair admitted they may have guzzled far too many cocktails during filming and after just six episodes the show was pulled. 

“We would set people up, then we were in Hell’s Kitchen spying on couples having dinner while we – and I’ll let the viewers in on this – sat at a bar having cocktails,” giggled Fearne. 

“Or two,” joked Holly Willoughby.

“Or three,” replied Fearne. 

Holly elaborated: “It was the perfect place to base a TV show, as there was all the chaos of Hell’s Kitchen going on and you and I were just there – watching other people going on a date, eating all the nice food and having something lovely to drink.

True sports-car lovers drive their machines through all seasons, and Porsche has been touting the year-round abilities of its vehicles at least since it introduced the 964 generation of the 911 with all-wheel drive in 1991. With the right tires, safe winter driving is not dependent on all-wheel drive (one need only count the Miatas in our mid-February parking lot for evidence), but owning a Porsche and knowing how to make the best use of it in the dead of winter are two different things. Which is why Camp4 exists. It’s Porsche’s winter driving school, taught from behind the wheel of the German brand’s sports cars. No, they don’t use Porsche SUVs, capable though they are; this version of the Porsche Driving Experience is for sports-car drivers. Programs are offered in five countries: above the Arctic Circle in Finland and in Switzerland, Italy, China, and Canada, the last of which we attended recently.

Conducted at Quebec’s Mécaglisse motorsport complex, about a 90-minute drive north from Montreal, Camp4 Canada’s 2017 sessions start at a cost of a little more than $ 4000 U.S. (actual prices are in Canadian currency, so the precise figure depends on exchange rates on the day you pay). That’s for the basic two-day Camp4 program; the top of the range, the three-day Camp 4RS, costs nearly $ 5700. Bridging the gap is Camp4S, a roughly $ 5000 three-day program. In order to sign up for Camp4S, customers must have previously completed an entry-level Camp4 class.

Ass-Out Antics: We Head to Porsche's Camp4 Canada Winter-Driving

While the Porsches used in the Camp4 and Camp4S programs run on tires with 1.5-millimeter studs, the cars in Camp4RS benefit from rubber with 3.0-mm studs. Since our time at Camp4 Canada was spent in an abbreviated one-day version of the foundational course, the Porsches we piloted all wore 1.5-mm studs in their Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 tires. Our day began behind the wheel of a 911 Carrera 4S coupe equipped with Porsche’s PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission, in which we received instruction on how to navigate a small oval course using the Scandinavian Flick to bring the 420-hp all-wheel-drive coupe into a controlled drift through the apex.

After mastering tail-out driving in that car, we were plugged in to the driver’s seat of a PDK-equipped rear-wheel-drive 911 Carrera S and sent out onto a snowy skidpad with one simple order: induce oversteer. While we had no trouble kicking the tail out, we found it a tougher task to maintain a full Ken Block–style drift through the entirety of the skidpad. Alas, time was not on our side, and just as we thought we had figured it out, we were shuffled on to the next phase of Camp4, the slalom. Sitting snugly in the bolstered seats of a PDK-equipped Porsche 718 Cayman S, we were instructed to drift our way through the course’s cones, letting the mid-engined hatchback’s rear end slide from side to side like the tail of an excited puppy as we made each lateral transition.

With the white winter sun tracking closer to the western horizon, we saddled up in another Carrera 4S and piloted the rear-engined 911 to a small section of Mécaglisse’s approximately 1.6-mile-long road course. There, we were to test the skills we had accumulated throughout the day. Having spent the earlier part of the day swapping the stability control between Sport mode and fully off, we now felt bold enough to turn off the system from the get-go. With no nannies to help us toe the racing line, we confidently drifted past the track’s tall snowbanks, the twin-turbocharged flat-six rumbling heartily as the all-wheel-drive system effortlessly shuffled power between the front and rear wheels.

Is Camp4 worth its asking price? That’s a question best left to your accountant, and it depends on the depth of your desire to learn some mad skills for driving on snow and ice. There are a number of winter driving schools, some of which are less expensive, but it’s doubtful that any budget-friendly program includes wheel time in a Porsche or can match the professionalism of the Camp4 instructors and the luxurious accommodations at the Estérel resort.
