Lego has finally followed up its amazing Porsche 911 GT3 Technic kit with a kit that’s arguably more amazing, and certainly has more pieces. It’s the 2018 Bugatti Chiron, and the 1/8 scale kit features 3,599 pieces, which is nearly 1,000 more than the 911.

Those pieces make up an impressively detailed model just on looks alone. The blocky LED lights up front, the wide light bar at the rear and the trademark horseshoe design elements all translate surprisingly well to the Lego format. The interior has detailed seats and instruments, and there’s even some Chiron luggage that fits under the trunk where there exists a unique serial number.

But the really impressive stuff is under the plastic skin. Moving piston engines aren’t new to Technic, but it is cool to see that Lego managed to create a tiny version of the W16 engine. You can clearly see each bank of narrow angle V8s and watch all the pistons dance. The engine is even hooked up to a real 8-speed sequential transmission. The transmission can be shifted via paddles in the driver’s side footwell. The rear wing moves up and down, too, and is lowered for high-speed mode with a key you build out of Lego pieces.

You’ll want to make sure you have plenty of space on your table top for the finished product, since it’s nearly two feet long. And budget plenty of time for assembling those thousands of pieces. But once you’re finished, you’ll have your own Bugatti Chiron with many of the same functioning features for so much less money.

On that topic, the Chiron kit will cost $ 349.99, which isn’t entirely cheap, but it is coming with a lot of parts and functionality. It’s available through Lego stores both physical and online right now, and hits other stores on August 1.

In Chuchel, Amanita Design’s latest adventure game, it doesn’t really take much to make our eponymous hero happy: he just wants to sleep the day away and dream of that tasty cherry he was saving up for later. Hmm. Well, it is a delicious cherry indeed. When he is rudely interrupted and gets his precious fruit stolen by some ruffian, grumpy old Chuchel has to set out into the world and reclaim his treasure – which is easier said than done.

Amanita Design’s titles were always quite bad at spinning a coherent yarn. Instead, each new scene had a new theme, new puzzles and things to discover. Chuchel stretches this concept even further: it is a wonderful mess of disjointed slapstick and joyful sillyness. There is no deeper meaning; Chuchel is there to make you laugh – and that it does.

Puzzles are solved by clicking at stuff in the right order, but figuring out this order is such a wonderful thing. You see, despite its simple white background, the game is a little wonder of lovely details and animations. You never know what clicking on things will accomplish! You also need to overcome a few arcadey sequences, but most of the time, you’ll point and click your way towards that coveted cherry.

More than any other of Amanita Design’s games, Chuchel looks and feels like a weird children’s book brought to life. (Side note: having played this with my two kids, I can confirm that they love it to bits. Four small thumbs up!) However, this is just half of what makes it so special: the audio design and soundtrack by Czech duo DVA (who also lent their odd, experimental sounds to Amanita’s previous title, Botanicula) are out of this world.

To make a long story short: Chuchel is a sweet, quirky adventure game for all ages that’s bubbling over with wonderful weirdness and is bound to make you laugh. Now go ahead and chase that cherry.

Dr Breus told Escape.com: “Book your seat according to which side you normally sleep on.

“If your “side” of the bed is the right, choose a right window”.

The other advantage of choosing the window seat is that no one will disturb you sleep to move past you – however, you may have to awkwardly disturb them if you want the toilet.

If you are currently looking for a way to beat jet lag the NHS recommends spending time outdoors.

Its said: “Natural daylight will help your body adjust to a new routine after most flights.”

Another travel tip has advised tourists on how to make sure their camera is never stolen abroad.

A British holidaymaker shocked police officers in Italy when recently on holiday.

The 67-year-old woman – who hasn’t been named – stumbled across a huge sum of money when on holiday in Venice.

The plastic bag was found to contain €2,400 (£2,700) in cash near Rio de Tre Ponit canal.

However what she did next shocked the local police force.

Instead of keeping it for herself, she handed the money into the station.

The London-based woman decided against keeping it, something the police station stated had shown unusually honest and principled behaviour.

The Londoner spotted the windfall at around 9pm on Saturday night, according to Italian website La Nuova di Venezia during a tour around Italy.

It was reported that the police found it likely to be linked to criminal activity according to Italian media.

The woman from the UK was also apparently a mother to a police officer, therefore understanding of the work they do.

She also praised the work of the police across Europe in light of recent terrorist attacks.

People on Twitter also praised the anonymous woman for her amazingly good deed.

One tweeted: “What an honest lady!”

The mayor of Venice recently pledged to increase security measures after the recent terror attacks to plague Spain and France.

The city was previously affected by terrorism when Venetian student Valeria Solesin, 28, was slain at the Bataclan music hall in Paris.

Venetian mayor Luigi Brugnaro stated: “We will continue to increase it because we must make the city and its citizens feel that we are there, that we are able to react.

“We defend ourselves in Venice.”
