Steph Curry ON CRUTCHES: Warriors star pictured limping and it doesn't look good

The Warriors recorded a comeback 125-115 win over the Pelicans tonight after overcoming a 20-point half-time deficit.

But the game didn’t come without it’s issues for Steve Kerr.

Kevin Durant was ejected in the fourth quarter for an altercation with DeMarcus Cousins, with the Pelicans star receiving the same punishment.

But the biggest worry for Kerr will be Curry’s ankle injury he picked up in the closing minutes of the match.

He underwent x-rays after the game which came back negative but it’s unclear how long he could be out.

The two-time MVP left the changing rooms on crutches with his ankle heavily strapped.

And Warriors team-mate Thompson all-but confirmed Curry will be out for some time with the injury.

“It’s not good,” Thompson said after the game.

“Hopefully he’ll be alright in time. There’s no need to rush him back, but it’s definitely not good.

“He hasn’t had (ankle issues) in years.

“He’ll be back and stronger than ever. I just want him to take his time and feel 100 per cent.”
