Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes caught up with Ant and Dec ahead of the return of Saturday Night Takeaway on This Morning earlier today.
But it seems that Ruth, 57, had a bone to pick with the Geordie duo as they teased what was to come in the new series.
Before she let slip the secret, the two presenting pairs shared a tight embrace with Ruth admitting that it was “nice to see” everyone.
She added: “We do this every year and I look forward to it.”
However, it seemed that there was a bigger problem brewing for Ruth as she revealed: “I knew you were back because I couldn’t get parked.
“All of your trucks were in the way and I had to drag my car park across the car park.”
However, it seemed that Declan Donnelly, 42, had a similar problem yesterday.
Sympathising with Ruth, he laughed: “We had the same problem yesterday with all of our trucks!
“I thought, ‘Who is this getting in the way?’ It was chaos but it was just us.”
Later in the interview, Ant McPartlin revealed that the show could already be in turmoil after the pair came across difficulties during rehearsals.
Tomorrow’s live launch will feature an monster truck battle as the award-winning presenters go head-to-head once more.
Dec revealed: “We had to give it a go earlier and we both crashed quite badly earlier today.
“It was quite bad,” he confessed, while looking rather sheepish.
Ant added, laughing: “Each truck costs £100,000 so no more crashes!”
Ant and Dec will also prank Amanda Holden in the first show and have promised the rest of the series will be equally as cheeky.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV from 10.30am and Saturday Night Takeaway returns tomorrow at 7pm.
