He continued: “I came home and for three months I was rattled but I never forgot.
“And I thought one day, one day and this day has come and my sister is back working for the NHS after she lost her job 11 months ago because there was no funding!
“Now she’s actually come back at 58-years of age and driving up to London after a 12 hour shift to bring to hospitals in Birmingham.
“It’s a disgrace, Piers, and what’s happened with the government mate, is bulls**t.”
