Phillip Schofield stunned as Matt Hancock advises summer is CANCELLED: ‘Just a reality’

However, those travelling from France will be exempt from the quarantine under a reciprocal agreement with the French government.

Hancock went on to add the public shouldn’t expect to hug each other until a vaccine for coronavirus has been found.
