FIFA have launched an investigation into Paul Pogba’s world record fee after he joined Manchester United from Juventus last summer.
Football’s governing body want clarification into the deal – including the £41million paid to Pogba’s agent Mino Riola.
While Manchester United are to offer £40m for Tottenham ace Eric Dier, according to the Daily Mirror.
Elsewhere, Diego Costa has revealed only he will decide his future – and it may not be in China despite reports of a whopping £75m from Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian.
