The segment, named Gino’s Fingering Game, saw the Take Me Out presenter blindfolded and asked to put his finger into an unknown object, which ended with him storming out.
Gino, 40, forced him to put his finger into a man’s mouth and guess where it had been but he refused to answer.
The Italian then threatened to place it somewhere very inappropriate forcing host Keith Lemon, 43, to step in.
A worried Paddy, 43, then removed his blindfold to find the man bending down in front of him with his trousers down.
Outraged he stood up and refused to continue with the game before storming out with his finger held above his head.
Gino then began to argue with Keith for stopping the segment as he didn’t believe he had done anything wrong.
Furious that the presenter would not allow the game to continue, he marched out of the studio shouting at Keith as he left.
Paddy isn’t the first guest to storm off the ITV series, with Pamela Anderson also walking off when the comedian showed an old school photo of her.
Keith confessed that everyone was “shocked” when the Baywatch star picked up her coat and made a swift exit.
“She just suddenly picked up her fur stole and stormed off home!,” he told The Sun.
“At first I thought it might be because she didn’t want to play a game that involved putting chips up her nose, but it wasn’t, it was because we showed an old school picture of her and she didn’t like it.”
