AFL: The Sydney Swans have put a stop to Geelong’s home winning streak with a brilliant round 20 performance.

SYDNEY has cemented its place in the top eight with a thumping win over Geelong at Simonds Stadium.

The insult – it was the Cats’ biggest loss at home since 2006 – was compounded by an injury to captain Joel Selwood.

The Cats’ top-two hopes have also taken a blow and they could slide to fourth depending on results this weekend.
