The lawyer appeared to catch the eye of Amy Williams (played by Zoe Crammond), who was clearly developing feelings for him.
It seemed that the tension between them was palpable as she helped Toadie get ready ahead of the meeting between Willow Somers (Mieke Billing-Smith) and her biological father Fergus.
Amy appeared to get flustered after Toadie gave her a kiss on the cheek as she helped him get ready for the meet up, apparently oblivious to her feelings.
Will Amy reveal her true feelings for Toadie as they get closer? Or will Amy end up unlucky in love again if he rejects her?
Amy has already had a rollercoaster ride of a love life recently, only earlier this year she nearly ended up sleeping with her long-lost brother Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano) before she was told the truth at the last moment.
Now it looks like she could be set for further pain as Toadie seems very much in love with his estranged wife Sonya (Eve Morey).
Elsewhere on Neighbours things took a sinister twist as it turned out that Evan Lewis (Joe Klocek) was alive and well after Yashvi Rebecchi (Olivia Junker) ran over him yesterday.
To make matters worse, the mechanic-in-training blackmailed Yashvi to keep quiet about the identity of Piper Willis’ (Mavournee Hazel) online troll.
However, the justice was finally served as Yashvi told her aunt Mishti Sharma (Scarlet Vas), who found Evan and took him to the police station.
Piper was disgusted when she finally confronted her online abuser, yelling at him: “Was it really that scary? A woman having a voice? You wrote that I should get sick like my mum.”
But Evan did not react to her anger and hit back: “Well, maybe next time you’ll think twice. Girls like you complain about everything. You don’t know how easy you’ve got it.”
The schoolgirl was shocked as she told him: “You know what gets me the most about this? You did all of this behind some fake online persona. You’re pathetic, you’re a coward!”
Neighbours airs weekdays on Channel 5 at 1.45pm & 5.30pm.
