Meghan Markle: THIS is the secret exercise behind the body that wooed Prince Harry

Prince Harry’s girlfriend is such a fan of the exercise she claims it is in her “blood”.

Meghan Markle, 35, picked up the habit from her mother, Doria Radlan, 60, a therapist and social worker.

The premise of the 5,000 years-old exercise might seem rather Hollywood, but even the NHS endorses yoga.

“Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being,” it said.

“Dozens of scientific trials of varying quality have been published on yoga,” the NHS added.

“While there’s scope for more rigorous studies on its health benefits, most studies suggest yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility, and balance.”

Meghan likes to do her yoga in a dark room with candles while playing hip hop music.

She said: “My mom was a yoga instructor so that practice is in my blood. I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if its blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight.”

Meghan and Prince Harry’s relationship has been hotting up over the last few months, with rumours the pair are house hunting in the US. But when Meghan’s not visiting Harry in London or filming Suits, where do the couple stay in Toronto?

Current reality TV star Camilla Thurlow, 27, was linked to Harry, 33, in July 2014, after the pair were spotted kissing in a London nightclub.

Neither the Prince nor Camilla have ever spoken about their fling before, and Camilla continues to be coy about their romance. Camilla was not as shy about discussing Meghan Markle, however.
