Kim Woodburn unleashes ONSLAUGHT at This Morning guest leaving Holly and Phil gobsmacked

The outraged How Clean Is Your House? star told political activist Kate Smurthwaite she was speaking “tripe” just minutes into the chat on the ITV show.

The pair appeared to discuss whether the terms darling, babe and sweetheart were offensive, following the news that shopper Beth Bellamy boycotted her local Tesco store over the “patronising” phrases.

The controversial Celebrity Big Brother contestant left host Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield aghast with her comments to her fellow guest, who could barely get a word in.

Kate, 41, had started: “I’m a comedian, I get called much, much worse, but do I like it? No. Come on… Especially when the guy at the door is like, ‘Hello sir, hello love’. Hold on a minute, if you’re going to call him sir, could I have a similar level of respect?”

It was then that Kim – famous for her putdowns on the Channel 5 show – burst in, branding her story “a load of garbage”.

“I think the majority of us do it in a nice way, we don’t mean any harm,” the reality star stated. “What stores do you go to, my love?

“That’s simply not true dear, you’re telling porkies. You’re making sexist… you’re saying it only happens to women. I go shopping a great deal and you’re talking tripe, dear.”

Kim went on to tell Kate to “shut up” leaving the presenters open-mouthed in disbelief at what she was saying.

The expert cleaner added: “They won’t miss you in that shop. You’re not being spoken to like a child, what is the harm?

“What is wrong with you? You’ve had your five, shut up! We are living in a  troubled world, if I go in and say, ‘Hello, my love,’… Get a life!”

This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
