GMB weather forecast: Alex Beresford drops terrifying snow warning ‘Things WILL get worse'

The Good Morning Britain star warned: “You may be able to get to work but will you be able to get home?”

Issuing his report from the roof of the ITV studio, Alex could be seen sheltering from the snow, wrapped up in a blue coat and faux-fur hat as he revealed “things will get worse” over the course of the day. 

He told viewers: “There will be blizzard conditions, there will be strong winds and snow and also the possibility of super cold rain, which will make roads very dangerous. 

“Really do think about your journey. We still have the Beast from the East. The strong winds will make it feel very cold.”

The 37-year-old later took to Twitter to issue another warning to viewers. 

He told his 28,3000 followers: “AMBER WARNING: Commuters in the SW may get to work, but you might not be able to get home. 

“Storm Emma is already pushing in and is set to bring heavy snow, strong winds, blizzards and freezing rain. @itvwestcountry @GMB.”
