Fortnite DOWN: Epic Games Server Status latest and Fortnite in Queue issues

Fortnite is down tonight for many players on the PS4 platform, while others are also struggling to log in.

Epic Games has confirmed that a partial outage has hit the official server status, while other problems are reported with the PlayStation Network.

The official Fortnite server page confirms problems with logging into services tonight, which is currently rated as a “Degraded Performance” issue.

It’s unclear what has caused tonight’s outage or how long it might last.

Players are seeing error messages popping up, telling them that they are unable to log in.

“Login failed – Unable to join the Fortnite login queue. Please try again later.”

Other players are finding themselves trapped in queues, trying to play games on all platforms.

More is expected to be released by Epic Games in the coming hours if the server problems continue.
