It should also be noted that are a few players who have also seen downgrades, which means they won’t be as good when deployed for your team.
This new reveal comes a day ahead of the new FIFA 17 TOTW 24 announcement for Ultimate Team on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The new reveal will arrive around 5pm UK time on February 28 and include a team of the best players from the week’s most recent League clashes.
Upgrades AND downgrades apply to new non-inform players found in packs. Non-IF players in your Club will not receive an upgrade or a downgrade.
