Eugenie Bouchard might not be in the best of spirits today, having been knocked out in the third round of Wimbledon yesterday.
The tennis babe has been playing professionally for nine years, but in that time has also established herself as a successful model.
The Canadian has appeared twice in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, but also uses her Instagram presence to post stunning selfies and bikini shots.
She has racked up an impressive 1.7 million followers on her Instagram page.
The latest on her Instagram feed is a smiling shot of the stunning blonde, on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
In the sunny snap Eugenie is holding a large Wimbledon gift bag, no doubt stuffed with lots of Wimbledon merchandise.
She captioned the post: “Who wants some Wimbledon goodies?”, with a licking lips emoticon.
In the snap the 24-year-old looked off to the side of shot, wearing her blonde hair in a loose bun and aviator style sunglasses.
Keeping her outfit casual she matched the sunglasses with a plain white cropped T-shirt and tiny denim shorts.
Accessorising the look she wore a black belt and had a clutch bag draped over her shoulders.
In Wimbledon colours and showing off her tennis sponsorship deal, she wore a striking white pair of Nike trainers, which were blindingly bright in the sun.
Despite being knocked out of the competition, Eugenie’s Instagram fans were quick to show her their support.
One commented: “Sorry you couldn’t go any further. And I have an idea on which goodie I would like to have.”
Another wrote: “You did good Genie , still a fan don’t stop believing”.
Other followers criticised Eugenie for focusing more on her modelling career, saying: “It’s sad , she’s more focused on Instagram than playing tennis , I wish she would focus on being a great Canadian tennis player instead of modelling” (sic).
Just a few days Eugenie posted an Instagram snap of her sitting on the courts at Wimbledon.
She captioned the grinning shot of herself: “coolest place in the world”.
The post came before Eugenie was snapped on the practice grounds of the tennis club, where she blew a kiss with two fingers to photographers.
Sitting on the grass courts at Wimbledon, Eugenie couldn’t control her excitement.
She wore a white T-shirt with a blue logo detail peaking out and a pair of white shorts, showing off her tanned legs.
