Emmerdale spoilers: Kim Tate WILL return but is Debbie Dingle in danger?

This week, Emmerdale viewers have seen Kim Tate (played by Claire King) return to the village and wreak havoc at the masquerade ball.

Final scenes of last night’s episode saw the iconic villain arrested and taken back to prison after breaking her probation.

And whilst some may think this is the last they will see of Kim, the soap has confirmed the “super b***h” will be back for good in the new year.

But could Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb) be in danger?

After ordering Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) to get rid of Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) permanently, her attentions could soon turn to Debbie on her return.

Joe jitled Debbie at the altar earlier this week and following his sudden disappearance, Debbie could soon find herself trying to hunt him down for an explanation.

Especially if her daughter, Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) has anything to do with it.

But, will her suspicions and contstant interrogation rile Kim?

Speaking on her definite return to the ITV soap, actress Claire said: “You knew she wasn’t going to go away quietly, so I’m pleased to announce Kim will be back.

“It’s been great fun keeping it under wraps but now she can really get down to business!”

Executive Producer, Jane Hudson also added: “Although Kim’s initial return was fleeting, she caused such mischief and chaos that we simply couldn’t resist bring her back.

“Kim Tate is just getting warmed up for an explosive 2019 which will see her hell-bent on getting exactly what, and who, she wants.”

Whilst Kim returns to prison, will the police find out it was in fact Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) who pushed her off the balcony?

Elsewhere, fans are still wondering whether Joe Tate really is dead.

It comes after Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) had punched him and knocked him out cold, when Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) then pronounced him dead.

As Joe was bundled into the boot of Graham’s car, viewers saw Joe’s hand twitch.

Graham then drove off to an unknown location, and seemingly disposed of Joe, before sitting in his car and sobbing.

Was Joe still alive and did Graham finish him off for good?

It comes after the soap released a short clip on their Twitter account, with actor Ned who discussed the scenes he played alongside Andrew.

“Hey guys, it’s Ned Porteous here, at Home Farm, for what could be the last time,” the actor began.

“Starting working with Andy Scarborough, was amazing…and I really truly hope I get to work with him again in the future.

“I just want to thank everyone for their viewing and support and for now, I guess it’s see you later!”

Could the actor have confirmed his exit and Joe’s death?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV.
