In the pictures released by the BBC, Michelle (played by Jenna Russell) looks scared as he turns up out of the blue and asks her out on another date.
Tom (Daniel Casey) also seems to say something to Michelle that causes her to look concerned, judging by the expression on her face.
All is not as it seems but what does Tom really want from her? Will Michelle realise that she is being stalked by her new beau? Is there some sort of connection to Michelle’s ex-husband?
These scenes are set to be airing in an episode on July 7.
The pictures come as Tom and Michelle went on a date last week after she asked him out for a drink, which seemed to go well.
In turn, Tom ramped up the charm as the pair chuckled away over a drink at The Albert.
She first met him on the tube and the pair seemed to keep bumping into each other repeatedly, prompting her to seize the moment and ask him out.
However, the sales assistant is completely unaware of Tom’s sinister behaviour, which has included secretly following and photographing her with his phone.
There was also a hint at the end of Thursday’s episode that Tom could spell trouble after he accidentally bumped into a stranger, who apologised, saying: “Sorry mate.”
The apology was met with a sinister and abrupt response: “I’m not your mate.”
To make the bizarre run-in even creepier, Tom walked away with an eerie smile on his face.
