The BBC has released some images that hint that the school boy (played by Zack Morris) and the Minute Mart worker (Diane Parish) will have a tense confrontation in the middle of Albert Square.
Denise will take issue with the mouthy student and tell him to be more respectful to others. Her words will be met with disdain from Keegan.
He will be seen getting angry with her as he lashes back at her as they argue with the whole of Walford watching.
Denise’s family friend Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) will be compelled to wage into the argument but she will stop him from getting involved.
One of the new images shows Denise with a protective arm out to stop Patrick getting involved as Keegan hurls abuse at them.
Meanwhile, Shakil Kazeemi (Shaheen Jafargholi) will be seen holding back Keegan as he shouts at Denise and Patrick.
Another photo shows Denise and Keegan getting angry as they argue and the tension heats up.
There were scenes of foreshadowing earlier this week when Babe was seen wanting to take revenge after getting arrested while bad boy Max was seemingly seen giving the go-ahead to the sinister plot.
This week’s episodes of EastEnders, however will concern Lee Carter (Danny-Boy Hatchard) and his wife Whitney (Shona McGarty), whose marriage is on the rocks.
Lee was seen shockingly slapping Whitney after she sold her wedding ring on a night out. But the couple had problems long before then when Whitney kissed Lee’s father Mick (Danny Dyer).
With Lee set to be leaving EastEnders, could this plot development signal his exit from the BBC soap?
EastEnders continues on BBC One tomorrow night at 8pm.
