Eamonn Holmes fumes as Ruth Langsford exercises NAKED: ‘We’ll talk about this later'

The presenter ditched her clothes to find out what it was like to exercise in the nude.

But was not pleased to see lifting weights whilst naked for their show Do The Right Thing with Eamonn and Ruth.

Explaining why she stripped off, the 57-year-old told viewers: “Now, we all know how important it is to exercise, whatever age we are. We all have the gear but never know what to do.

“But a new trend may make all of that a waste of money now because apparently for the best results we should all be exercising naked.”

The former star could then be seen asking members of the public if they would consider going to the gym nude.

Ruth was later seen baring all as she lifted weights while surrounded by other naked gym members.

She noted: “You know what, I’m quite enjoying this. I’m feeling quite free and easy.

“What do you think guys, how am I doing?”

“We laugh and we’re interested in each other,” he told OK! magazine.

“We signed up for the long term. Sometimes we don’t get on well, like everybody else, but that doesn’t last for very long and the joy is always in the making up.”

Ruth added: “Eamonn is much more romantic than me. He’s the one with all the big gestures.”

Do The Right Thing with Eamonn and Ruth airs Thursday on Channel 5 at 9pm.
