KYRIE Irving’s blockbuster NBA trade from Cleveland to Boston will go ahead after the teams reportedly struck an agreement following a late setback.

The agreement comes after All-Star point guard Thomas underwent his routine physical with the Cavaliers last week.

According to the NBA Collective Bargaining Agreement, a trade could have been voided if one of the players involved fails to pass a physical..
