LOYALTY or form? It is the one question that Laurie Daley has been wrestling with ahead of the much anticipated announcment of the NSW Blues team for Origin I.

Tonight we’ll see if 2017 marks a true changing of the guard in NSW or if Daley sticks with the troops he’s put his faith in before.

Paul Gallen might be gone but old faces continue to dominate the headlines.

Has Robbie Farah done enough to earn the hooking role or should it go to Nathan Peats now that Peter Wallace will be missing due to injury?

Mitchell Pearce has been in hot form for the Roosters but will he fall apart in the Origin arena again?

Has Jarryd Hayne shown enough at the Titans to be an automatic inclusion?

And will it be enough to overcome an injury-hit Qld team which has won 10 of the past 11 series?

Those questions and more will be answered tonight when Daley reveals the NSW squad in a special ceremony at The Star in Sydney.

The Blues team will be named at 6:40pm Monday. Leave your thoughts on the NSW team for State of Origin I in the comments section below and check back here tonight to see the squad.
