Paula (played by Stirling Gallacher) stepped things up this evening when she approached Sophie (Brooke Vincent) at her home.
The lawyer expressed interest in her client’s daughter when she arrived at Sally Metcalfe’s (Sally Dynevor) home this evening, which saw the pair getting hot and heavy on the sofa.
But their romp was quickly cut short when Sally arrived home, leaving the pair a little red faced – however they weren’t caught in the act.
Sally, on the other hand, had different plans for Paula, as she devised a devious plan for her family during a large dinner.
While Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) is currently out of luck with love, Sally is hoping he will fall head-over-heels for Paula.
However she is still clueless about her daughter’s blooming secret relationship with the lawyer.
But because Paula wants to keep the entire ordeal from Sally, she may end up finding herself on a hot date with Kevin, who may end up finding a soft spot for him.
With Sophie and Paula’s relationship continuing throughout the next few weeks, Kevin may be left heartbroken if or when he finds out.
Will Sally be able to deal with the news once the pair have been found out?
This could put Sally’s legal case at risk, as Paula now may have a conflict of interest whilst being with her daughter.
Fans have predicted that Kevin will be left heartbroken by the reveal, with one writing: “I sense a Paula, Sophie, Kevin love triangle coming up #corrie.”
Another said: “Poor Kevin on #corrie blown out for his youngest daughter #CoronationStreet.”
A third added: “It’s not Kevin, Paula’s interested Sally… #Corrie. “
Meanwhile Sally is also trying to partner up Sophie with Paula’s daughter, much to her dismay.
Earlier on in the episode fans were quick to point out that Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) looked considerably older than his supposed father.
After looking for the truth about his parentage, Tyrone was shocked to find out that he is not really the son of Darren (Stephen Donald) or Jackie (Margi Clarke).
But fans were entirely distracted by Darren’s age, with one saying: “Tyrone’s dad looks younger than Tyrone! #Corrie.”
Another said: “Tyrone looks old enough to be his own Dad’s Grandad #corrie #CoronationStreet.”
“Huh Tyrone’s father looks three yrs older than him #Corrie,” chimed in a fourth.
