Fiz (played by Jennie McAlpine) ended her Coronation Street relationship with Tyrone (Alan Halsall) after discovering that he had cheated on her.
Tyrone had an affair with Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) on the ITV soap, with Fiz finding a used condom wrapper during tonight’s episode.
After being caught out, Tyrone confessed to having a one night stand with the kebab shop worker as Gemma begged Rita Tanner (Barbara Knox) not to spill all.
Fiz ordered Tyrone to leave, prompting the mechanic to break down.
Later this week, Coronation Street will see further drama between the couple.
Tyrone will tell Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) that he wants to try and resolve his issues with Fiz.
However, Fiz will catch Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) trying to push Joseph Brown (William Flanagan) down the stairs in an unexpected twist.
Shocked, the mother will suddenly realise that Hope is behind the recent bad behaviour, after blaming Ruby Dobbs (Macy Alabi) for several months.
By Friday, Tyrone will visit Fiz and announce that he has booked Ruby in for therapy.
Fiz will feel extremely guilty about the whole situation and tell Tyrone that she is willing to give him and their relationship another go.
Will Fiz reveal that Ruby isn’t the child that has been responsible for the bad behaviour?
Viewers instantly took to social media following tonight’s broadcast insisting the pair cannot split up.
One fan tweeted: “@itvcorrie I don’t think there’s a person on this street who hasn’t either lied, cheated, or disposed of a dead body.”
“@itvcorrie No can’t split them two up, they are like the new Jack and Vera, think something is going to happen to one of the kids to reunite them and make them realise it was Hope all along doing the stuff,” posted another.
A third added: “@itvcorrie I was in tears over this, and I felt sorry for Ty when he thought Fiz was going to hit him but I felt so bad for Fiz as well.”
