Chilling Adventures of Sabrina season 2 may have only just been released on Netflix, but many fans have already made it to the ending. The Sabrina ending explained more about Sabrina’s (played by Kiernan Shipka) family and teased the plot for the upcoming series. What happened at the end of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina season 2?
CAOS season two ends with the so-called ‘fright club’ of Sabrina, Harvey (Ross Lynch), Theo (Lachlan Wilson) and Roz (Jaz Sinclair) pledging to head into Hell and retrieve Nicholas (Gavin Leatherwood).
Nicholas had previously bound Lucifer Morningstar (Luke Cook) inside him to prevent the Dark Lord from unleashing the apocalypse on Greendale and the Earth.
Lilith (Michelle Gomez), who has become the Dark Lady herself now that Lucifer is banished, had sent Nicholas into Hell with the Dark Lord after Ambrose Spellman (Chance Perdomo) cast a sleeping spell on him.
Nicholas and Sabrina’s love had been previously tested in the finale after Lucifer revealed that he had told him to get close to Sabrina.
However, Nicholas told her that he had fallen in love with her after all.
Sabrina initially distrusts Nicholas because of this revelation, but by the end if literally ready to go to Hell and back for him.
This is not the only revelation that comes in the ending episodes of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina season two.
Lucifer revealed that he is the father of Sabrina after Edward Spellman (Georgie Daburas) made a deal with him when he and his wife could not get pregnant.

This explained why the Dark Lord wanted Sabrina as his Queen of Hell.
However, this also ended up as Lucifer’s undoing, as it caused Lilith, who had been his maiden for millennia, to turn against him in jealousy.
However, the episode saw not only Lucifer being defeated but also saw the beginning of Father Blackwood’s (Richard Coyle) downfall.
After Blackwood found out that Sabrina was the child of the Dark Lord, he poisoned the entire coven rather than have let Sabrina rule over them.
HOW MANY EPISODES ARE THERE IN CHILLING ADVENTURES OF SABRINA SEASON 2?
This leads to Prudence (Tati Gabrielle) turning against her father after she finds Dorcas (Abigail Cowen) and Agatha (Adeline Rudolph) near death.
Luckily, Hilda and Zelda are able to revive them and Prudence sets off on a mission to get her revenge on her father.
Also at the end of Sabrina season two, Lilith gave two gifts to Sabrina for her role in trapping Lucifer.
The first is to grant Sabrina her powers back after she gave them up to create the mandrake and the second was to give Mrs Wardwell her body back.
