The controversial comedian hit headlines in 2014 after making a joke about rape which cost him his growing career.
Daniel, 27, opened up about the misjudged routine to former detective Maggie Oliver on last night’s show.
He said that his comment about a woman “gagging for rape” was taken “out of context” by the media.
However, just minutes after apologising for his joke, Daniel said that fellow housemate Johnny Mitchell would be “hanging out the back” of Jess Impiazi in less than two weeks.
Daniel didn’t stop there and continued to make several more comments about Jess and called her a “naughty girl” at one point.
Celebrity Big Brother viewers were furious about the scene and flocked to Twitter to share their outrage.
One wrote: “#CBB Year of the Woman?! How you let those comments Daniel and Johnny in the Diary Room air without censuring them for their disgusting comments about Jess is unconscionable. Read the room.”(sic)
Another added: “Wow. So Daniel doing a great job on his first night of showing us that Dapper Laughs is alive and kicking.”
A third raged: “Daniel is just a sleaze… it’s not a character… talking about women like that is unacceptable.”
A fourth commented: “Imagine giving a sob story & say you’re ‘changing’ and then immediately after you make a misogynistic joke about one of the female housemates, cba, you haven’t changed a single bit Daniel.”(sic)
