Carrie Underwood nailed her first performance since an accident left her with 40 stitches in her face and a broken wrist

Carrie Underwood has made her first public appearance since falling down the steps at her home in November.
The singer performed her newest single “Cry Pretty” at the Academy of Country Music Awards Sunday night.
She came out with tears painted on her face and dominated the performance.
She broke her wrist and required 40-50 stitches in her face after the 2017 accident.
Underwood has been updating her fans since the “gruesome” fall.
