Bradley Walsh scolds The Chase contestant as teammates clash ‘Don’t listen!’

Bradley Walsh returned for a special edition of The Chase this evening as four celebrities battled it out to take home a portion of the jackpot for their respective charities. However, host Bradley was forced to intervene after disagreeing with the advice Brian Conley gave his teammate Jeff Banks.

The ITV quiz host introduced designer Jeff, presenter Michelle Ackerley, broadcaster Andy Crane and comedy Brian.

First, up to the face, the Chaser was Jeff who answered five questions correctly in his cash builder round.

Jenny Ryan was subsequently revealed to be today’s Chaser and gave the designer two alternative offers to change his position on the table.

Jeff could have taken a step closer to home for £1,000 and a step further for £40,000.

The presenter took the lower offer of £500 before Andy was beaten by the Chaser and missed out on adding an extra £7,000 to the jackpot.

Brian was the last contestant to face Jenny and viewers couldn’t get enough of the comedian bantering with Bradley.

One fan tweeted: “Brian Conley and Bradley Walsh MUST get a show to present together, I’m absolutely crying at these two #legends #thechase.”

“Someone give @BradleyWalsh and @RealBrianConley a show together. #TheChase #CelebrityChase,” someone else added.
