The English rockers formed almost half a century ago in 1968 Birmingham.
Now, after a year on their farewell tour, The End, Black Sabbath have played their last ever concert together in their hometown on Saturday night.
The band’s official YouTube account has shared The Final Song and Final Bow, after it streamed live on Facebook.
After 14 songs across a two hour gig, Black Sabbath finished with their first big hit, Paranoid, before taking their final bow.
Meanwhile fireworks were set off as ticker tape and balloons fell from the ceiling.
The 68-year-old Ozzy thanked the fans for almost 50 years of support, before Black Sabbath posed for a last photo together.
Before the final two shows at Birmingham’s NEC Arena, Ozzy said he would be in tears over the heavy metal band’s final performance.
The iconic Brummie band was formed in 1968 but was called the rather less heavy metal-sounding Polka Tulk Blues Band.
Ozzy looked back on those early days with fondness and told the BBC: “I remember playing the Crown pub in Birmingham and thinking, ‘This’ll be good for a couple of years – drink a few beers and have a jam’.
“But it was the beginning of the most incredible adventure you could think of. I’ve had the best life out of it.
Ozzy added: “One of the proudest things I have in my heart is the fact that Black Sabbath wasn’t a band that was created by some big mogul. It was four guys who said, ‘Let’s have a dream’, and it came true beyond our wildest expectations.
“People come up to me and say, ‘We’re not worthy’, and I’m like, ‘Why are you being that way?’
“But at the same time, if they don’t recognise me I get upset.”
