The 55-year-old stunned in a skintight all-white ensemble, which was perfectly suited to the tennis tournament.
She teased a hint of cleavage in her low-cut frock as she revealed she would be presenting today’s forecast next to the trophy cabinet.
Carol giggled as she asked her BBC Breakfast co-hosts Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty what they thought of the prizes.
“Charlie and Naga, what do you think of my trophies? They’re rather nice aren’t they?” she laughed.
Naga smiled as she quipped: “Lovely! Carol your trophies are marvellous.”
But, it wasn’t just Naga who was impressed as many of those at home flocked to Twitter to comment on the cheeky innuendo.
“Fantastic @BBCNaga ‘Carol, you have magnificent trophies’ @carolkirkwood #innuendo @BBCBreakfast,” one viewer tweeted.
Another added: “@carolkirkwood just heard on breakfast TV that your trophies are marvellous. Can I just say I totally agree. Thanks @BBCNaga. Lol.”(sic)
A third continued: “Wonderful trophies @carolkirkwood @BBCNaga, the show is full of #carryonhumour this morning! #naughty.”
“Wow. Looking stunning Carol in white. You really do brighten up the nation when you’re on. Morning gorgeous,” someone else shared.
Meanwhile as she presented the weather, Carol promised viewers it would be another “hot and sticky” day.
She explained: “Across southern England we’ve got some cloud around but also some sunshine. A few showers which could be thundery but they won’t be heavy.
“And as we drift through East Anglia, the Midlands into northern England it’s a similar story. You could see the odd rumble of thunder or lightning across Northumberland.”
“Scotland, you’ve got rain crossing you, going north eastwards and northern Ireland there are some showers in the north but mostly dry,” she concluded.
BBC Breakfast airs weekdays at 6am.
