She was a star long before most stars were born and remains one of the greatest icons in popular entertainment. The music legend will close BST and tickets go on sale next week. Barbra Streisand will bring the first incredible weekend to a close on July 7.
The line-up this year is undeniably spectacular, kicking off with Celine Dion on July 5 and including Florence and the Machine July 13 and the Robbie Williams bringing it all home for the grand finale on July.
Unlike residential festivals where most fans spend the entire weekend, British Summer Time tickets are sold for each individual day.
