Former Hawkes’ player Steven Greene said: “Love should be celebrated by everyone.”

And former Melbourne and Collingwood player Chris Dawes said: “The fact that some people can’t marry the person that they love purely by virtue of the fact that they’re the same sex, is just outdated, and just unfair.”

The video was released on Facebook by Australian Marriage Equality.
