Google Maps Street View images tend to go viral when people are caught at their worst – and this photo is no exception.
The online mapping service has captured woman just as she faceplants onto the pavement.
Google’s timing couldn’t be more perfect as the action-shot shows her hitting the ground.
It’s been speculated that the woman is doing the worm dance move (which sees the subject move forward in a rippling motion along the ground) and chose to be on the pavement in such a manner.
However, it is much more likely the woman has been pictured just as she fell over.
It looks to be a nasty fall on the ground and her legs can be seen kicking out at the back.
She has thrown her arms forward in an attempt to protect herself from the impact.
Google managed to capture her perfectly in the middle of this embarrassing tumble.
Luckily, her face is hidden as she faces the pavement so she is not identifiable.
The woman is not alone in being caught by Google in a mortifying moment.
A man was photographed just as he was hurled off his bike into the middle of a busy road.
The man can be seen sprawled across the tarmac as he throws out an arm to protect himself from the impact of the fall.
The unfortunate accident must have been very painful – although no one nearby has yet stopped to help him in the image.
His bike has tumbled to the tarmac to the right of him as he was hurled to the ground.
A silver car can be seen just in front of the poor man, suggesting the vehicle could have played a role in the incident.
However, a pedestrian walking along the left-hand side pavement of the road did not turn around, potentially eradicating the possibility of a collision.
Perhaps the cyclist had an unfortunately timed wobble and simply fell off his two wheels.
On another occasion, a man was snapped in London vomiting in the street as a friend looked after him.
To make the shot even grimmer, the pool of orange sick can be seen on the pavement.
He was captured sitting on a wall outside a set of open double doors – perhaps the establishment where he had too much to drink.
The shot was apparently captured in the month of December, suggesting the pair have overindulged at a Christmas party.
