UK or abroad? Most stunning landscape locations revealed – can you guess them all?

The most beautiful landscapes have been revealed in a series of pictures.

Premier Inn has collated some of the stunning destinations as the country enjoys a heatwave this bank holiday weekend.

Beaches, waterfalls and swimming scenes have been revealed, yet the locations have been left open for guessing.

It can be difficult to tell whether they are from the UK or from abroad as some are stunning.

Can you guess them all?

Many will be surprised to find all of the images are from the UK, no matter how hard that is to believe.

One waterfall looks like something from a foreign country, such as Costa Rica or Bali.

In fact, it is the Sgwd Yr Eira waterfall which is located in Wales.

Found in the Melte Valley in the Brecon Beacons, visitors are able to walk behind the curtain of water for a unique experience.

A blue village in North Wales also looks like something abroad.

Portmeirion Village in North Wales was originally modelled on an Italian village.

It was built by Sir Clough William-Ellis between 1925 and 1975.

The architecture is reminiscent of Mediterranean buildings and is a departure from British landscapes.

A beautiful sandy cove also baffled many to find out that it wasn’t from a beautiful Sardinian village but instead found in Cornwall.

Kynance Cove, noted as one of the most photographed places in the region, is also well-known for being a filming location for BBC TV series Poldark.

Other surprising destinations included Barafundle Bay in Wales, Tinside Lido in Plymouth and Langamull beach in Scotland.

They prove how British holidaymakers who want a beautiful break don’t need to go too far.

Staycations are on the rise for Britons, in light of safety fears abroad and the fluctuating exchange rate.

A previous quiz, collated by home manufacturers Willerby offered a number of destinations that were considered the most beautiful landscapes, with half in the UK and half abroad.

Can you guess them all correctly? Some will surprise you.
