Hannah appeared on This Morning to discuss her trouble with breast implants with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
The S Club 7 star said the silicon implants has led her to become very unwell and so she removed them after months of unexplained emotional turmoil.
However, viewers appeared to be more occupied with something else about Hannah.
Those watching at home thought Hannah sounded a lot different to her old self and were quick to comment on the actress’ accent.
“Has Hannah Spearritt always been so posh? Every other word is yah #ThisMorning,” one questioned.
Another exclaimed: “I never realised Hannah was posh?! #ThisMorning.”
“Why has #HannahSpearritt suddenly got a posh accent, when she’s from Norfolk and has always spoken with a Norfolk accent?? #ThisMorning,” a third asked.
“Has Hannah from S Club always been that posh??? #thismorning,” a fan stated.
A fifth chimed in: “Well that was an odd interview… & why is she so posh these days? #ThisMorning.”
Hannah bravely opened up about her struggles in the months following her original surgery.
She told Holly and Phillip: “The healing process took some time, I had not been through it before so I had nothing to compare it to.
“I was happy with the results then after six months it started to deteriorate, it started with anxiety and I put it down to circumstances.
“It would be ridiculous panic attacks where I’d look at piles of clothes that were unfolded and have a break down.
“Memory loss, fatigue, there was a list of symptoms that goes on and on.”
The singer said she had no idea what had happened to her at first and went on medication to resolve the problem.
However, she later discovered after seeking help that she had “Breast Implant Illness” and had her implants removed.
She confessed: “My energy came back in bucketloads.
“I came straight back up to normal, anxiety went down and the journey of detoxicification began.”
Holly, 37, asked Hannah how she felt about her breasts following the ordeal.
“I love them!
“It’s funny, isn’t it, that I had to go through all that to love these.”
This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.
